Ana served me a hot latte and I believe she did a great job. She was also super nice and believed in her latte skills. I got a hot chai latte that was delicious but ended up finding part of what looked like part of a spice seal/lid in my drink. Lowering rating on the service for that but otherwise, staff was nice.
