I rarely ever do bad reviews of a company but I have to say, this Domino's is THE worst I've experienced. The past 2 times I've ordered, my order has had to be cancelled because they are short drivers. I have spoken to managers at the store and all they do is offer comp items. I don't want or need any food. I want and need change. The drivers always forget something and one is so rude (and he's the main one that forgets items). As a matter of fact. I ordered 2 sodas with my meal and he didn't bring it. He said "someone will bring it to you." I didn't trust that he'd take care of it so I called the store to report it. The male I spoke to said he'd get the drink sent out that night. Did anyone ever bring it? NO I had to call to chase down a 1.00 drink. The manager, again, offered the drink on my NEXT order. I told her I'd forget to even mention it so I wanted to be credited my money back for it. She said they couldn't credit it because it wasn't the same day. Mind you, I've had SEVERAL issues with this location and I know I've been credited days later than my order was placed but she somehow "didn't know how to do it." What kind of manager doesn't know how to credit back?! I told her a driver would have to bring it to me then b/c I wanted my money. She said she'd have someone send it that day. Did they? NO. I called the next day, another promise made, another promise broken. So I called again and asked her to send my drink. She offered a free pizza with it to "make up for the issue." I asked her about a free lava cake promise that was given the week before this incident and she didn't know anything about it. The rude "manager" that day said she'd document it and never did. Now I wonder had the manager who helped with the drink not heard from me daily would that had been documented?! This Domino's is a JOKE! I called tonight because I had ordered a pizza and my pizza notification stated that it was delivered but it hadn’t been delivered and then Call to make notice of the error and I made a simple mistake of calling the wrong store. The woman told me that my order had already been delivered, and that the driver received the payment for the pizza and that that’s my fault, during the exchange, I stayed very calm because I don’t know what her day could have been or what had taken place with the customer prior. I understand customer service, but her attitude was repulsive and I would never invite anyone to order from this establishment if they have to hear or deal with her attitude, this was a simple mistake on my part , but the scrutiny audacity that she displayed was An atrocity towards Dominoes she was cutting me off continuously telling me I made a mistake I put in the wrong address and that’s where I got ordered to and I should’ve checked the address and that’s on me 🤦🏽♂️ I hope that you all listen to the call that occurred tonight around 9:10 PM. Read moreWell where do I start? I ordered today, (prepaid) at 11:08 AM for a future delivery at 12:30 PM on the Dominoes App. My lunch break starts at 12:45 PM TO 1:15 PM. At 12:48 PM I call and ask what was the status on the delivery? The person that answered the phone said there was a 2 hr Delay. Not to mention that at 12:16 PM I received a call with the standard conformation that said that my order was on the way. BOTTOM LINE THE PIZZA CAME AFTER 2 PM. I felt sorry for the girl and still gave her A $ 3 dollar tip, for the cold a#% pizza. I work at ADT We cant in the middle of the shift take a break and eat a cold pizza, with the soggy box. Plus my other coworker that went half was pissed to, looking at me because I ordered it. Bottom line I tried to eat a slice and just left it on the table for the night shift. I did not eat lunch.
