Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Chamblee

Whoever the Southeast Regional Manager for franchises is at Zaxby Corporate, needs to have a conversation with Harold, the supposed franchise owner of this location and have a serious conversation about how customer service ties into recurring revenue, how important it is to deliver consistent products/services across a brand and how to smile and treat customers with respect. Anyone that knows this location, and knows Harold, sees his straight-faced, couldn't care-less attitude. He grabs the order from the kitchen, calls the number out and NEVER says "Thank you for coming and have a nice day!" but even having said that, as a recurring customer for the last two years, it has gotten to a point that he slings food to his customers and if something is wrong, watch out!!! Not even a "I'm Sorry" or What was wrong with the order". He is like a robot.

Now let's put this in perspective, this is NOT life's biggest problems!

The short version on what went wrong beside the lack in customer service . This is the only location that does it how they want with no attention to consistency according to the Zaxby brand. Numerous times, no croutons available during the day (even told by staff that they didn't make them that day during prep) sandwiches/Nibblerz with barely any sauce, syrups not not available/grayed out in the Coca Cola Flex machine, one packet of dressing on the tray for salads and bathrooms that are not kept up and filthy.

All this in addition to the lousy customers service mentioned above, but go ask for the second packet of dressing for the salad that is supposed to come with it at any other location, the first words out of Harold's mouth, "That'll be 25 cents." Maybe that is the business plan for this location. Whoever the owner is, in addition to Zaxby Corporate, needs to take a good hard look at this location. It is not a good reflection on the Zaxby's brand.

As customers, there are other Zaxby locations nearby, we have a choice which locations gets our money. At the very least, we all deserve friendly service, it...

I went Monday night 9/18/17The lady in drive-thru did not have knowledge of the menu items, so we decided to go inside to avoid a messed up order, the lady on drive-thru made sure that she made herself present (with an ugly look on her face) before me but did no such thing as speak at all as a professional should do and the way that she looked at my wife kinda angered me - it was very unbecoming, and when our order was ready she (lady on drive thru- not person on the counter) just held it up in the air and walked it over to the counter and set it down without calling my name a number or saying here's your food have a good night or anything. I had initially ordered extra crispy fries no salt and I was told when I got my order that they would have to go back into old grease if I wanted them to be more crispy than they were presented to me and my wife order was just screwed all up - so rather than argue with these people who you could tell were ready to leave and did not care about one customer's order we decided to leave and go home and call it a night and not return to this shameful store anymore, because people who act like that will spit in your food if you ask for it to be replaced and I could tell all of the mannerisms was present for that type of act to happen.

Football season started last week and I can't lie, I was pretty pumped. This Sunday I woke up played some tennis and got ready for ~7 hours of straight football on @nfl red zone.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Something I used to do often in college and I do occasionally now is get the perfect game day food for dinner or lunch a wings and things from @realzaxbys.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why is this the perfect game day food you might be asking... here's why:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wings: ok I'm not a purist, I like boneless wings (just easier to eat lol) the tongue torch sauce here is really tasty, not overly spicy but great flavor on a super crispy nugget (I can acknowledge that's what boneless wings are)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Things (aka chicken tenders): chicken tenders here are really good but to me what makes it is the zax sauce I could eat 20 of these easily lol⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fries: something about the Zaxby's crinkle fries and the little bit of seasoning they put on them is amazing. Well salted and perfectly crispy dipped in a little bit of ranch these are some of my fav fries in fast food.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The only con here is the calories... 1500+ is a lot in one meal lol... make sure you get plenty of exercise or don't eat a whole lot of anything else before you have this...
