I ordered 2 pizzas and pasta through the app at 5:32pm. They were extremely busy. I was very patient. At 7:00 when my pizza was finally done. I watched the older woman put one of my pizzas and my pasta in a stack with someone else’s order and send it to be delivered. I tried to get someone’s attention but they ignored me. When they realized they didn’t have two of my items they started to remake them. After an hour and a half I did not wait any longer.i said I just wanted to cancel my order but they started making it anyway. I had to raise my voice and waive my arms to get someone to listen to me and stop the madness. I just wanted a refund and take the loss on the time. They finally listened after another employee told them to listen to me. They cancelled my order including the one pizza they had already made so I left without any food. I have worked in fast food as a manager. They should have apologized to me and given me the one part of my order they still had for free. None of them had customer service skills and the woman organizing the orders has very poor evaluation and organization skills and should not be the one putting orders together. I am extremely disappointed. The refund has not shown up on my card and they gave me no evidence of refunding my money. I guess this review is my documentation in case I have to fight...

I pulled up to wait on curbside delivery App told me at 845 to turn my headlights on, so they could see to bring food out At 853 I went in Was told my food wasn't done, wasn't even in the oven. He was preparing it then. I explained I had to be at work Showed the phone, the updates Explained I was sitting out front for ten minutes They kinda shrugged, giving no apology or explanation as to why it wasn't actually done, or even started. They cancelled the order, leaving me to head to the 12 hour shift with no food.

Read moreThis has to be the most unorganized Domino's I have been to. Placed order 40 minutes before I arrived to pickup. Initially told it would be 31 minutes when ready. Upon arrival they had not started to make my pizza's. Waited 5 more minutes and saw they were now in the oven. 10 minutes of cook time. Another 5 minutes for the pizza's to be boxed up. The status board indicated "Ready" Stepped up to the counter and waited another 5 minutes only to be told the order was not ready. At that point with 60 minutes into the process I cancelled the order and left. No dedicated staff to run the counter, 12 people in line when I got there and 15 people in line when I left.
