Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Champaign

I went to Papa Murphy 's tonight like I do every couple weeks to get their Friday deal, which is a large thin crust pepperoni, sausage, or cheese pizza for $5. I called my order in like I usually do. When I arrived the male working the counter told me the total was $38. When I asked him about the Friday deal he got very loud with me and told me that "Because your pizza DOES NOT have cheese on it you have to pay full price and that I told you this last time". I told him that "I always get this deal and WITHOUT cheese and you are the person who takes my order and rings me out". He then proceeded to scream that his dad is the owner of the company and he is not dealing with this. He aggressively balled up the receipt and threw it across the room to the trash. I asked him to lower his voice and stop interrupting me because I am trying to understand what is different today. I also asked him "why is it more money for less ingredients?". I told him I cannot have the cheese and that is why I order my pizzas cheese free as I always do. He was very rude to me yelling at me my entire walk to the door to leave. Normally my experience here is okay but tonight was so bad I will never return. I would think the owners son would be more professional than what I experienced tonight. I am also confused as to why he shouted out he is the owner's son but I am glad...

Placed an order for a thin crust, large, Mushroom, extra Hamburger, & extra Mozzarella Cheese pizza. I had a receipt with a $2.00 credit, with the code, from taking an online survey. Cashier took the receipt and gave me my total. I paid the total. She ask did I want a receipt I said: "Yes". She handed me the receipt. I picked up my order and left. Once home I looked at receipt and realized. The cashier had not gave me the $2.00 credit for the online survey. Also, when we umwrapped pizza and prepared to cook it. We realized the preparers had added Cheddar Cheese. When I called to ask about the $2.00 survey credit. I had not received and about the Cheddar cheese added to my pizza. I was told they could not give me rhe $2.00 credit. Because, the pizza was a Tuesday special and was already discounted. Then why did she not tell me and why did she keep my receipt with the discount code on it. She ask? Was I not sure. I had not ask for Cheddar cheese. No because ir was a make your own. The Cheddar cheese would have made six toppings. You did not charge me for an extra topping. She was silent. I ended the phone call. By hangin up. ...

Great pizza to start this off, but some of the best customer service I've ever had. I wish I had gotten the women's name who helped me, but here's what happened. I moved recently and got this moving package in the mail with a coupon for a free pizza from Papa Murphy's. I called 10 minutes before close and asked if it was still possible to get a free pizza made. She asked me how quickly I could get there, and I told her it would be right when they closed. She took my order over the phone so she could start on it while I was driving. I got there two minutes after close, the store was locked and dark, but she let me in to get my free pizza and told me she had already cashed it out and I was good to go. The best part of this whole thing, is the pizza was absolutely perfect. It was as good, if not better, than any Papa Murphy's pizza I'd ever had from another store. No hasty, badly made pizza here. She saved my night, and made me a lifelong customer for this shop. I just wish I knew her name so I could thank...
