Glad to see you finally replying to us. But why is your attitude on the internet so different than your attitude that night when you begged for our forgiveness and offered to refund us? Glad you realize that it was the waitress's fault and your rudeness that ruined our experience. Hope your follow your word of "if this my mistake i will close the restaurant" and get yourself out of champaign. Chinese don't behave like you, civilized man, it only make me disgusting when you say "we Chinese". how can you not tell the difference between number 120 and 121? You did not even serve us rice in the beef and tofu order, it only contains a bowl of soup. That's why we thought the order was noodle. If you don't believe, go ask your waitress--hope she's not fired by you for being honest--or check your camera. Hope you can open your eyes and the truth will bring back your sanity. What a good statement that "you want to protect the waitress"! Remember we kept saying the waitress was totally fine, it was your rudeness that ruined our experience. It was you that kept blaming on the waitress for the problem that you done. When we try to speak for the waitress, some nasty thing said "It's her problem, None of your business". And the nasty thing now says that it's for the good of her. How dare you? Do you have any humanity in your heart? No! Do you dare to show her your reply on the google map? No! Do you feel a little bit guilty? No! Remember your curse and closing the nasty...
Read moreDon't trust the 4.0 star review Service was slow. I had one hour to wait for a class so I figured I would be able to get food with time. I was barely able to leave with 5 minutes left. The atmosphere is fees if you leave any mess and the dining area itself is pretty decrepit with paint peeling off the walls, uncomfortable chairs, small tables, and plastic utensils something which you don't want to do when you paid 18 bucks for some soup. The food itself had no seasoning, and left me and my friend with stomach aches the second we left, with us not even feeling full after leaving but the stomach pain was enough to make us feel we were full. We are literally chewing a piece of gum which we both comment is better than our meal. Overall if I could I would give it 0 stars, because the food isn't good for the price, meat dishes somehow have little meat or flavor, if you want better food for this price just walk the extra 20 minutes to sushi Kame. By the way this is a last second thing but the menu is near unreadable. My friend spent 10 minutes simply trying to discern what he wanted to order not because he didn't know what he wanted but because he couldn't understand the menu....
Read moreVery very rude employees. I came in today with my boyfriend. I always order the vegetable ramen with double noddle. I ordered mine first and then my boyfriend ordered Yaki-soba noodles (an item I didn't even know they had on the menu), and he paid for both. When the food was ready, I noticed that the woman at the cashier (short hair) gave me the wrong food. I told her about it and she said that I also ordered Yaki-soba. I told her I did not. She asked me if I looked at the receipt after I ordered. I told her no since I was not the one who was handed the receipt (the entire time she is being very rude and giving me attitude throughout). The cashier keeps insisting that I ordered Yaki-soba even though that is impossible since I didn't even know it was on the menu. She then says she will see what she can do and talks to the cook (another woman). The cook also seems very irritated from what I can hear. The cashier tells me they will remake my order but very rudely tells me again that I ordered incorrectly, tells me it's my fault I didn't check the receipt, and to "order what you mean next time." This was terrible business, and I will not...
