This review is for an online order I placed at their IU facility. I'm rating it a 1 as I ordered an item that was on sale that is trying to do an exchange I am being told that it cannot be returned because it is clearance. When looking at the item online, it is only identified as "sale" and not clearance. When ordering it does not tell you that the item is non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
