I am 8 months pregnant and ordered from them. I have a huge bay window and waited patiently for my food with a 6 year old child that was extremely impatient and hungry. After 45 min wait I looked at my phone and noticed 2 missed calls and called the phone number back. The person on the other end of the phone answered and said yes” not hello just yes. I asked who it was and it was a rude impolite women who said they had brought my food rang the Bell and knocked at the door several times and got no answer. Now after I sat and waited I know this wasn’t true. My door bell works just fine and after the holiday and several ups deliveries over the season I know this was not true. I explained that that was impossible since I had been waiting and no one had come to my home. She said well do you want the food or not. No apology, no respect. Now after all that time and the attitude I didn’t wanna chance them doing something extra to the food as I am pregnant and do not want to be in an emergency room all night for food poisoning. I thought how rude was this I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager and do I want my food or not. They had already ran my card and she was acting like she was doing me a favor. To have someone treat me like my money isn’t generating revenue and I am bothering them NO I DIDNT WANT FOOD FROM THEM. Nor do I ever want to do business with them again. I cancelled my order and called my bank to see if the charge had been reversed. It had not, it’s now been a week and the charge still stands. I was so mad I can’t even put the experience into words. I will never order from them again, I had to get my self and child bundled up since it was extremely cold outside and go out to get food. I have pretty much lost all respect for Jimmy Johns. When I asked for the district Manager by name she refused to give me that. I asked for the owner she again refused to give me that information as well and told me to go on line. Her name was Christina and made me deeply consider driving up to the store to ask for the information in person, but didn’t want to end up dragging her I was that mad. I have stalk in this company, after that day I pulled all stalk out of this company and will never invest my time money or effort into a company who can’t seem to value there customers or service better. I can’t help but to think this happens to every customer who deals with them. Read moreThe company I work for ordered food last week. We didn't receive our food after over an hour and a half. We called to check the status of the order and they stated they left it on the sidewalk? We went outside and it wasn't there. We called back and a new order was sent out. But again no human interaction? Called today to place an order. Put me on hold. Picked up again and I could hear everything in the background. I asked if someone was there and they proceeded to hang up on me. I called right back and they asked me if we were the ones who ordered last week? I stated yes. The gentleman on the phone responds and says we are not in their delivery route. We are located in Dayton 10 minutes away.... terrible service. Not to mention they get paid to do their job and also received a 20% tip. Don't forget that customers make it possible for you to have a job. We were patient and kind throughout the entire process last week after being treated like an inconvenience. I will never recommend someone to come to this location.

Read moreFast and friendly delivery employees with common sense. A week ago, I gave instructions for delivery to place my order in a chair sitting outside my residence. Well, it had been raining and that chair had a big water puddle in the seat and was soaked elsewhere. I know it's minor, but the delivery person had the common sense to not leave it in the chair and place it on the closest dry spot.
All of my orders have a few extra things I like to add or alter. Not only have those alterations happened, but the sandwiches I've been getting are well-crafted with generous toppings and they're not rolled in the paper wraps so tightly that it squishes and squeezes all of the toppings out of the side.
These people are doing a great job. I will be increasing the tip I give on the next order. Thanks guys.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and a diet coke. I have been waiting for 45 minutes. I called the store, the girl said there is nothing they can do because they have 1 delivery person making 7 drops on 1 trip. Not freaky fast. Dropped to 4/5 for now. May just go to Jersey Mike's...
