My family decided on authentic Chinese food. This was our second time to this location. The woman (seems to be one of the owners) kept my debit card and receipt and handed us our food. We did not realize. She did not offer the receipt and card to us. We had to go back to the restaurant to get my card. The Male owner (husband possibly) was nice and understood. He went to get the woman who was rude each time we have had an encounter with her. We politely let her know we didn't get our card or receipt she then says "what's the name?" She brings the card and receipt and says "You left it." We advised her she never handed it to us and our food is now cold because we had to come all the way back to get the card. She said No, it's your fault. We then said, you won't apologize for not giving it back and/or offer some type of item or discount for our trouble (mind you we have only been through the drive thru)? She says No, your fault. We said, ok that's ok. We will write a review on how we were treated and then her husband comes back to the window and starts pounding on the counter. I feel were being provoked to fight with them but we instead left. We are encouraged to support small businesses and yet, this is what we...
Read moreIf I could give this negative stars I would at this point I'm very disappointed in this business. I have been coming here for 8 years and have gotten close with the owners so I thought. Something has changed because as of recent I have had 3 horrible experiences. Keep in mind over 8 years only 3 bad experiences all recent. I now drive about an hour to get to the restaurant and whenever I am in the area I pick up pork fried rice. The last time I went and picked it up I had it for lunch the next day and it had a ransid after taste I called to let them know that I was going to bring it back and the owner fought with me on the phone telling me that I put something in it. Why in the world would I put something in the food I wanted to eat and enjoy? Unfortunately I had to drive back and the same thing. I was treated hostile by the owner and told no more so I have decided after 8 years I am no longer a customer. Something has changed in the last couple of months. The food has been tasting bad , their attitude is harsh and the atmosphere is dirty with dead fish in the tank. To be honest I'm sad but I will not go there to eat bad food and then get treated so mean. I noticed similar reviews I would recommend...
Read moreI'm basing this review from the 2 times I tried this place. First was just ordering some rolls and crab angels. The rolls were good, but the angels hardly had crab meat, if any. So rocky start, but decide to go try again a week later and did the China way family combo: Orange chicken, spicy beef and kung pao chicken with shrimp with fried rice. I usually love Orange chicken, but this sauce they use didn't have much in the Orange flavor that if expect. The chicken tasted fair enough, but really missing something to give it more. The spicy beef was spicy, as it should. But big raw pieces of veggies really takes away from the food. We ate around the veggies and decide to cook em up again ourselves. Weird, but it's not a mood killer. And then came the mood killer, kung pao chicken and shrimp. The shrimp straight up smells and tastes like mildew! Enough said. The crab angels had actual crab meat this time, but we had raw dough from the egg rolls so couldn't eat it at all. It all shouts to me that this restaurant has inconsistent to low quality control and I cannot see myself paying $30+ dollars for this again. The portions are huge, feeds 4+ people. This is a hard pass for anyone looking for...
