I bought my dress here and had a positive experience buying the dress, but that was it. It ended up taking longer than they quoted before it was ready at the shop, and when I did go to pick it up I was assured by the consultant that I did not need any alterations (I was shocked) so I went home and hung it up in my closet for a couple months thinking I lucked out. I go to try the dress on again and the bustle button was ripped off, even though I hadn’t touched the thing in months. And I also felt that the breast area looked off and the inner stitching was turning outwards so you could see it. I went back and they said oh to fix that problem you need to have external breast cups sewn in and that will fix the problem but we’re a month out for that. Fast forward to one week before my wedding I picked the dress up after having the cups sewn in that they said I needed, it still looked horrible. At this point I had lost all hope/faith in those who work and tailor at wedding belles so I just didn’t say anything and ended up taking it elsewhere to a local seamstress with many years of experience and a fraction of the cost. I didn’t have anymore time to waste with these people. I was panicked due to being one week out from the wedding. Turns out the dress needed to be taken in 4 INCHES and she removed the cups they insisted they sew in and she said they were completely unnecessary, and then it fit like a dream. I would recommend this place only to buy a dress, but would highly advise against trusting any of their staff to make alterations or suggestions. Their staff are very friendly but seem like they are too young and inexperienced to know what they’re doing when it goes beyond the sale. Honestly felt like my time and money was wasted and got jerked around spending more money on things that for one were not necessary, and two did not fix the problem. If you want to sell quality dresses then you need to have quality salespeople and alterations… otherwise don’t offer those...
Read moreI was not prepared for how pretentious, inflexible, and critical bridal boutiques were when I went shopping. I found out I had black mold in my condo the day after I got engaged and had to vacate my home immediately, dispose of all of my belongings except my pots and pans and clothes that I could wash and move. I was very sick and started the detox process after moving and got even more sick for months during the process. I was too sick to go wedding dress shopping. When I finally worked up the energy to go, I was basically shamed for shopping 3 months before my date, told I wouldn’t be able to order anything in time, and that my options were limited due to my small size. What kind of sales people say that?? I walked out of appointments at two other stores because the bridal attendants were so rude and obnoxious and I was already overwhelmed with being sick. Then I went to Only One and was helped by Victoria and had the complete opposite experience. She was polite, sweet, patient, understanding, encouraging, and proactive. She listened to what I wanted and found dresses for me to try that were close to what I was looking for instead of throwing random gowns at me that she was just pushing to sell. I didn’t feel pushed at all at Only One Bridal. The entire experience was great. They had the best selection and the most options out of every store I went to and had dresses in my size. Since this store is off the rack only I was able to take my dress home same day and their alterations store was next door in the same plaza. Alterations did a fantastic job and everything was seamless, no pun intended. Only One made shopping for a dress a breeze and I’m so grateful for Victoria’s patience and gentle encouragement. My dress was so unique and I’m so happy Only One had such a unique selection to choose from. Every other store was all the same basic styles and it was discouraging. When you go shopping, start at Only...
Read moreLadies, this is the only bridal boutique that you need to visit. I promise!!! Save yourself the time of shopping around and spend more time enjoying your bridal era! Okay, I was a perfectionist too, so I get it...at least start with Wedding Belles Bridal Boutique because you won’t want or need to look any further!!
My first experience trying on wedding dresses was at Wedding Belles Bridal Boutique and it exponentially exceeded my high standards and expeditions. They made me feel special and the staff were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I could tell that they genuinely know what they are doing, love what they do, and enjoy pulling out all the stops for each bride they work with.
I did not find my dream dress on that first visit but that’s because it was a new design and was still in production. I had been in contact with several boutiques in Arizona that were begging the designer to get their hands on one of the samples for over a month with no success. The owner at Wedding Belles Bridal Boutique, Natalie, made one call and got the first sample in all of the southwest rushed to her store for me to try on. I knew in that moment that I was in the most capable hands in the bridal industry.
My wedding dress ended up being a custom design featuring the style of the back of the dream dress with the bodice and skirt of another dress that I also fell in love with. Natalie was so patient and kind as we worked out the details and she researched all the options. I have to say that she is a literal genius and I trust that woman with my life after seeing her create so much magic!
Natalie and her team made my dreams come true! My dress was so incredibly perfect and I am forever grateful for the experience of...
