Just went today for our first kbbq ever and O-M-G it was absolutely amazing. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. They had salt you could add but I barely used it. Shoutout to our server Viet who was super fun and friendly and the busboy who's name i did not catch as well as the male receptionist and the other male waiter bringing the meat out. The guys were definitely running the show and providing outstanding customer service. (Didnt see much from the ladies for both service and overall friendliness they definitely need to take notes from the boys bc it was night and day).Regardless though everything was wonderful. Im shooting myself for not adding the hotpot because the noodles looked AMAZING! Key highlights for me was the beef brisket and the garlic chicken! My significant other got brave and tried the intestines and loved it!! Add some more dessert options maybe mochi ice cream instead of just plain mochi and it would excell even more! Very clean though, great atmosphere and again SHOUTOUT TO THE BOYS YOU GUYS WERE AMAZING AND SO NICE AND SO FUNNY! I will be back for sure!!!! 10000% reccommend.

First time visiting and at a glance the restaurant seemed promising. The food options available are delicious and plentiful! I really like the buffet where you can pick your own marinated meats to cook instead of waiting for it to be brought to you. They also have a few different banchan and appetizers. My favorite was probably the garlic pork belly. The only real criticism is that the service can be very slow, so be sure to order all you need since it'll be awhile before they come back. It was got really hot at one point but that could just be the nature of all the BBQ happening in the restaurant. Overall it was great still and it might be our new favorite kbbq place.

Underwhelming to say the most. They are not ready to be open and serve guests and overall very disappointed to have tried eating here.

food/meat quality was low amongst others in the valley within less than a 15 minute drive. Out of many many basic items between food and drinks. Meat quality even when cooked (which took an abundant amount of time) was very very low quality.

service was lacking in every aspect. The server spoke very little English and 4 times that we ordered something our server came back 5 minutes later to tell us they were out of that item. This of course could have been a lack of communication between back of house and front of house but even when trying to ask simple questions it was difficult for both parties involved. (No intention of being judgmental but it truly was hard to order and communicate with no other option available). We asked our busser to have a grill change who never came back and changed the grill. Grill was not working properly so only half of the grill worked/burned while the other side was cold. It was a mess.

music and environment: They were playing Spanish music for an hour or two which made no sense in what’s supposed to be a Korean restaurant… it had Filiberto’s vibes in a try hard Vietnamese environment?? Unsure what they were going for.

no introduction or instructions on what this restaurant/concept was or what we need to do when first seated. It was our first time and we had no idea what was going on.

Overall, incredibly underwhelming to say the best. We ended up going to a different Korean bbq place (authentic) about 10-15 mins away and ending our session here early. Maybe in a year or two if this place survives it will learn from its mistakes, but as of right now, don’t...

This was my first time dining here, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The servers didn’t seem prepared to attend to guests, and overall, the service and coordination were disappointing.

The food quality was average — the meats were fine, but the Tom Yum and House Special broths were lacking in flavor. The buffet section was quite small and mostly geared toward hot pot ingredients. The dessert section was minimal but decent, while the drink selection was very basic. We also had an issue with our hot pot burner, which would occasionally turn off and stop heating properly.

The service was lacking in every aspect. Our server, Jacob, rarely checked in — about 30 minutes passed before he returned to ask if we wanted more meat, and we had to stop him to request bowls and water refills. The most disappointing part was at the end of our visit, when he told us, “Don’t come back please.” This was extremely unprofessional and left a very negative impression, especially since our frustration came from the lack of service throughout the meal.

The atmosphere was bright and modern, which was nice, though the music was barely noticeable. Since we’ve been to several hot pot and KBBQ restaurants before, we didn’t need a rundown on how it works — but compared to similar places, this one fell short in both quality and service.

Overall, it was an unpleasant first experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on the service and...

Full disclosure:

I am not normally a KBBQ* person, for reasons which I cannot articulate. HOWEVER. There's something about hotpot that both nourishes the little girl inside me that wants to make potions and do alchemy (with the binus that the result is actually edible), AND makes me absolutely feral in a way most things cannot accomplish.

Which is to say I came here once with a friend a few months ago and have been dragging various people here on and off since then. Everyone here is super nice and the rotation of KBBQ/Hotpot options is always changing, which makes it really easy for me to try new things I've always been curious about without like. The danger ofbeing stuck with a whole portion if I hate it. Plus their tea is really good, which is only important if you're a snob (like me)

Definitely a great place to hit up if you want to try something new with your friends. I will absolutely be coming back, probably within the next couple weeks, probably with a different set of friends, and that is a promise.

*related: my buddy IS a KBBQ person and the fact that the two of us can get our preferred options without having to pay an absolutely unhinged fee to facilitate that is...
