First of all let me make things clear. This review is strictly about the Com Thit Nuong(broken rice with grilled pork) that I ordered and nothing else. So it was around 7pm, my wife and I were hungry so we decided to order take out from this restaurant. We both ordered broken rice to-go. I have to say I’m severely disappointed. At 16.99$ per order, I thought the meal would “wow” us. However, that’s far from the reaction. The taste of the broken rice is no different from regular long grain rice. It’s sort of on the soggy side. The nuoc mam(fish sauce) they gave us is hilarious, just a single cup, a little bigger than the size of a McDonald’s sweet&sour dipping cup. The pork meat is dry, thin and doesn’t have the taste of “grilled pork” as the name suggests. The food was terrible, but the redeeming factor would be the sincere waitress. That’s all I have to say.

Was excited to try this place with all of the positive reviews but was left feeling disappointed. Ordered food for takeout and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. It took 40 minutes to receive the order of egg rolls, 2 pho soups (1 with meatballs and the other with sliced meat) and noodles with vegetables and beef. The pho with meatballs had 3 slices of meatballs. The 4 egg rolls came with one half full dipping fish sauce. And finally when my mother went to serve herself the noodles with vegetables and beef there was hair wrapped in the noodles. Maybe they are really understaffed, but the quality wasn't there especially for the price and hair in the food.

The servings are generous. The broth I just want to put in a thermos and take it with me as a drink on its own! The steak is so fine and tender it is perfectly balanced with the medley of vegetables and the rice noodles are so fresh I can tell why UnPhógettable is its name. Family owned and operated the owner/chef brought out my meal and everyone else's personally! So reasonably priced for the quality you get. Soy free broth is perfect for those who want the fresh and none preservatives taste. Unlike others that are derived from a box. This broth is made over the course of 48 hours before it hits your table! I want a second stomach but a to go box will do.

I love pho, yesterday was my bday, my son asked me where I wanted to go eat, I'm visiting him from out of state, I told him pho but to make sure it has good reviews. We got there, small place and it was full, looks promising. I got seated almost right away for 2 people. We ordered 2 pho bowl and 2 entree to go. We waited for our food that seemed forever, I asked my son how long we've been waiting, he said he doesn't know maybe 30mins, he said to check my phone to see the time, I texted someone at 6:30pm half way to the restaurant and it takes us 20mins to get to the restaurant from his house, and the time is now 7:45 rofl. We must've waited for our pho for over 45mins! The waitress kept saying "it's on the way" 10mins went by same "almost ready. So it wasn't like they forgot about us. They are unorganized. I have never waited for 2 bowl of pho so long in my life, the most I've ever waited was 15mins. It's not like they have to make a whole new pot of pho broth for each order, the broth is pre-made, meat is precooked, all they had to do was throw noodles in hot water for 5seconds to soften it, then add noodles, meat and broth in a bowl, done, serve. Chef don't have to do this, his assistant can do this, but they are doing your order by the order that comes in which is wrong, table with only pho should get theirs as it's quick to prepare as chef don't have to cook this, assistant could do it. I'll never go back, very unorganized, making customers wait for 45mins was wrong. We wanted to leave after 30mins but lady kept saying almost ready which she lied. My son said I hope this pho is worth the wait, well it wasn't, broth is just ok, not the best, not filling for my soon, took him 3 mins to finished it, they have only 1 size in the menu for $17 a bowl, it's usually small medium or large option but not...

Went with my mom and son on a Friday night . First thing the waitress said to us was there's now a 15% gratuity automatically added to the bill. Um... Ok...

We ordered the grilled beef and shrimp rice plate, grilled chicken and pork with egg roll rice plate, and the #1 pho. 30.Minutes.Later. No food to be found. Mind you, the restaurant was barely 1/2 full. Oh, and others who came and ordered AFTER us already got their food. I flag down a waitress - "Oh, I just checked and they're making your rice now. Rice takes longer to cook." REALLY?! Because the last time I checked, rice takes all of 20 min to cook, and if you're a legit restaurant that has rice as one of your staples, shouldn't you already have a big 'ole pot o rice already cooked and waiting to be served?!

When our food came, the beef was thinly sliced and overcooked. The pork tasted "off". Flavor of the marinade on all 3 meats was decent, albeit a bit on the sweet side. No one checked on how our food was. I've been to the one in mesa and have always had a good experience. Second time to this one and this was definitely NOT on par with the mesa location - both food and service wise. Will NOT be returning. Overpriced, poor service, being forced to "tip" 15% for all the above is just salt to the wound. An Unphogettable experience alright - for all the...

Ended up here when we tried to go someplace that was way too busy and had a wait time way too long...but we were pleasantly surprised. The guest service was top notch and the food was soooo good. We had an order of egg rolls which was crispy and had a nice amount of veggies. I had the brisket and ox tail banh mi and my wife had the beef brisket pho. One thing that surprised me was that they automatically add a 15% gratuity to your bill that notes adding an additional gratuity is not necessary...some may be offended by that, but I thought they more than earned it and left a smidge more. The one thing that was difficult for me was that the lighting in there was very dim. But I also have issues with seeing in low lighting...but I tell you what-in my younger days, on a date...that lighting would have been alright with me. This place has long tables good for multiple people or a few people leaving plenty of space for social distancing. We are going...
