FEB 2023 - Last Service took place in early Jan 2023. I take back every good rating I gave this establishment. This was hands down the worst service and customer service ever received! Nails were poorly done and broke off one by one like press-ons about around week two. Reached out to the establishment via email on Jan 30 and heard back from NO ONE. Called Mgr Max, on Jan 31, and informed him of the email I sent including pictures. He stated that he wasn't aware and would reach out to the person responsible for responding to emails and would get back to me with a resolution since it was past their 7-day return/repair policy. Never heard back from anyone until someone finally responded to my email today, Feb 16. Remind you, the initial email was sent on Jan 30 and the phone call to Max was on Jan 31. The email was no help and they offered NO compensation whatsoever! In fact, they referred me back to Mgr Max. The person emailing me then reached out to Max and he informed them that I was mistaken and that he insisted that it was past the 7-day return policy and that there was nothing they were going to do to resolve the matter. If professionalism, quality services, and great customer interaction and satisfaction are of importance to you, then this is not the shop for you!!! As they told me in the email..."If you're still dissatisfied with us, we would highly recommend you to try out other nail salons that can better satisfy your needs." That's inevitable! Sad that this company has such poor management that they wouldn't make a small adjustment tentatively on our next visit. Instead, they suggested we take our business elsewhere. That's 3 customers lost!!! Says a lot about this establishment, its policies, and whom they choose to manage the facility.
NOV 2022 - Lovely decor. The staff is always nice and gives great service. My teenage daughter and I have had a great experience with every visit for the last 2+ years. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome. I prefer Appointments and have always been able to get in, same-day.

Read moreIf you care at all about customer service, this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. My first visit started off rocky with a gal name Vicky who did my pedicure. She did the most lackluster job: barely cutting my cuticles, rushing through everything, filing my nails in all different shapes, and then an awful paint job. The nail technician that did my manicure actually did a good job. She really took her time and was great with feedback. So because of her, I decided to give them another shot. The next time I came I asked for Thi and she did a great job with my nails once again. I understand not all techs are equal so thought I could keep going to see her.
Fast forward to today when I popped in for another pedicure nightmare. This gal did an okay job until it came to painting. I had a light pink color and she just could not get it right. So she kept wiping it off and starting over though I had voiced I had an appt I had to go to. She did this THREE TIMES. Finally I said please just let me put my sandals on so I could go. She asked me to come back to finish the next day.
So when I got to the counter, I asked that I be given a discount because not only did she make me late she also did not finish. He said no. I said really? But she messed up three times. He said, how about you don’t pay, and just done come back! My jaw dropped. Not only had I referred two people in the past week, but I really was thinking I found my new nail girl in Thi! I told him of course I wanted to pay, I just felt some compensation should be given for the inconvenience. He said no, that’s okay. Just don’t come back.
I’ve never in my life been treated this way and when I’m trying to support your business!

Read moreI went in on a Sunday morning, & Nancy was amazing! I asked for a gel mani & regular pedi, & she absolutely delivered! As she was doing my toes, just before it was time to polish them, I changed my mind on my color at the last minute, & she didn’t have an attitude or become frustrated about it. When she started doing my nails, she started using the regular nail color, but with the gel lamp, & for a while, I ddnt realize that it was the regular color (I was watching some obstacle course agility show that was on the tv lol). But then, I saw that she was about to apply wat appeared to be a regular top coat, instead of a gel top coat, so I asked if it was a gel top coat. She said no, it was a regular one. I apologized & told her that I had asked for a gel manicure. She didn’t get an attitude about that either. Nancy was patient, kind & worked to perfection. There was no nail polish lingering around my nails & toes, or anything. Other than changing from regular to gel polish for my nails, I ddnt have to correct anything. It was as though she knew wat I had wanted & how I had expected my nails and toes to look. So if u guys decide to go here, ask for her!
Aside from the technician herself, all of the staff to me, were really nice, respectful, & professional. I ddnt even have to ask the guy who checked me out, to give me Nancy’s name (bc I never asked her), & he automatically wrote it down on the business card, clearly reading my mind. The establishment was super clean, organized, everyone wore a mask, glass shields were up to separate u & the technician, & it was very well designed. It looked as though it was out of a magazine!
