Did not ring us up for the reward 2. When we made him aware, he stated "its buy 2 bowls get the 3rd free". Well, that is NOT what the reward stated and we STILL bought two bowls and were not given a 3rd bowl, or even offered the 3rd bowl. What is the point of having a reward account!? When we asked them to fix it, they told us they could not. We lost out on the reward, and if the reward read as "Buy TWO bowls, get ONE free" it should have been worded CORRECTLY as "Buy TWO bowls get your THIRD bowl free". We left very disappointed, in a time where businesses need to keep their business open... we do not want to come back to this location. Your cashiers should be aware of the Rewards out there, ASK if the customer has a reward to claim, BEFORE they start ringing up orders, and should have taken full responsibility to make it right. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in last week and was informed that their juicer was down. That was annoying but I get it. Went back in today and was informed the juicer is still down. Since the name of this establishment is the Nektar JUICE BAR, it seems odd that the primary function has been out of operation for at least a week. I ordered a chocolate/ peanut butter smoothie and received this disgusting amalgamation which seems to just have the peanut butter scooped into it (for smoothie that costs over $10). I paid with a $20 bill and was informed that they had to short me $0.07 because they didnāt have enough change.
In summary: if youād like to go to a juice bar that serves no juice, the over pay for a gross smoothie, then double over pay because they donāt have change and then be made to feel like youāre the problem or are being a āKaren,ā then this is the spot for you!! However, if youāre a normal consumer I would steer clear of this place.

I am PISSED to have seen the juice of the pineapple container being poured into my juice! I always add pineapple but I was under the assumption that it would be like adding strawberriesā¦you know WHOLE chunks of pineapple blended with the juice. I have been paying $1.50 extra 3 to 5 times a week for the past 2 months for juice from a container holding the actual pineapple???? If thatās the case, you need to be clear to your customers on the mobile app. $14 with tip for a juice is already ridiculous enough but you should be honest with your customers and tell us exactly what we are truly drinking in those juices and not steal our money if indeed we should be receiving the actual fruit blended...
