This Taco Bell deserves zero stars — absolutely disgusting experience. We ordered black bean burritos because we follow strict Jain dietary restrictions where eating beef is completely forbidden. Even after clearly mentioning it, they gave us beef. We even opened it right there in front of them to double-check. They saw it, apologized, and said they would fix it — but they gave us beef AGAIN.

We trusted them and took it home without checking. After taking a few bites, we realized we were eating beef again. It’s not just a mistake — it’s pure negligence and disrespect toward people's religion, beliefs, and basic humanity.

When we called the store, they listened and hung up on us — no apology, no responsibility, just ignorance. We had to drive all the way back only to get a cold "sorry" like it meant nothing. No real apology, no basic decency.

Eating beef by mistake because of their carelessness is something we can never undo. It was not just a wrong order — it was a complete violation of our trust and beliefs. Shame on this Taco Bell location for being so careless, disrespectful, and irresponsible. We will NEVER step foot here again. If your dietary needs or religious beliefs matter to you, STAY AWAY from this place...

Out of all the taco bells around the Gilbert and Chandler area, this one is the best of the worst. Being a long time fan of Taco Bell food, it sucks that every single one of them are unbelievably horrible!!! The 3-4 times I've been to this location the employees are clueless or look like they don't give a damn that I am there. Almost like I have ruined there day by walking into there place of work!!! Each time I have been there the tables in the lobby look like they haven't been cleaned in hours. The food is always assembled haphazardly, in every burrito I have ordered each bite contains just a heap of one single ingredient rather than a mix of everything contained. It's almost painful to bite into a cheesey potato burrito and only just a mouth full of sour cream. And you know what the worst part about this all? It won't change.
