Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Chandler

This location recently opened so I figured I’d stop by because it’s only 2 minutes away from my house. I normally go to the location on McClintock and Warner and that location is so incredibly amazing with their service so I figured this one would be too. I placed an order on the app for pickup. The estimated time of pick up was 5:31pm. I arrived at 5:30pm. The only option for pick up was to park and come inside. I go inside and they could not find my order. I double checked to make sure I was at the right location, and I was. After about a minute of searching they found my order and said they were just waiting for my drinks. Ok, no problem. I figured it wouldn’t take long so I sat down. 12 minutes go by and still nothing. Mind you, I’m sitting right next to the cash register so it’s not like they can’t see me. I finally go up and ask about my order and same thing. They can’t find my order. After a bit of searching they find it and one of the cashiers had the audacity to say, “they were just waiting on your drinks.” Sir, 12 minutes for a 3 drinks? There was nobody that came in after me and there were only 2 cars in the drive through and about 6-8 people at the cash register waiting for customers to come. Decent food but horrible service. My family made a huge order one night ($80 because there are 6 of us). I ordered on the app and we went to pick it up. We did curbside pickup and checked in when we got there. We waited for about 10 minutes before my husband asks me "are you sure this is the right one?" I checked the app and sure enough, I didn't order from the right canes. Fml. We went to the one we normally go to at 4075 S Arizona. I immediately called this location and told them what happened. The manager answered and was super nice. We left and went to the right store, about 6 miles away. When we picked up our food, everyone's custom order was right and it was actually hot. Idk if they remade it or what but it was so fresh and I had been so disappointed that it would be cold and gross when we got there. I'm so glad my fears were not true. Wonderful experience! 😊The staff at this location was very polite. There was not a line when I ordered in the drive-through, so I received my order quickly.

My photos show the difference between the kids combo and the smallest meal (3 fingers). The main difference seems to be that you get a piece of toast, an extra tender, and a larger drink with the 3 finger combo for about $3 more. In the kids meal, you get a small plastic cup with a lid and a prize. They both seemed to come with about the same amount of fries and the same size chicken fingers.
