Horrible service & raw food ! do not go here !!! Food could not eat , Raw half frozen , coffee was not made with oatmilk like I requested n paid for ! No , good morning or smile , just open window looking at me ! I ask how much she told me handed me my vanilla latte and the. Impossible breakfast sandwich I pulled out into McClintock headed to office knowing my clients will be there soon wanting to eat I reached for food it was solid ice cold ! Never cooked !! Meat , bun hard ! Not even warmed up or cooked . Called just to get no answer over 22 minutes . Tried to put complaint In keep getting error error ! Had my assistant try got same results . Worst customer service today at this location, I literally go to this Starbucks 1 to 2 times daily since I work nearby , the level of service I received from the guy working I would have never talked to any of my clients that way and I’m a manager myself , I went into have my drink remade since it was wrong and the barista looked at me and said you have returned this drink multiple times this week and then preceded to say they just can’t get it right and next time I need to call if I need my drink fixed , I have returned my drink once at this location so to have him tell me I’ve done something inaccurate and be rude about it is not acceptable , your business practice is to remake any drink that is made wrong and never accuse a customer of multiple returns when that never happened , I will not go back to this location after this...

This is the Starbucks I hit up on my way into work almost every weekday. Some workers recognize me and know my order. Today, one of the workers who recognizes me greeted me kindly as she always does and ask if I wanted my regular. I said yes and drove up to the window. When up there she handed me my drink and said they had an extra blueberry muffin and asked if I wanted it. I said yes and thank you and went on my way. What she doesn't know is my 11 yr old pet bunny passed away yesterday and my heart is still broken.
