This location has terrible service and the order is wrong every time. I've gone here multiple times in the 4 years ive lived close to this location. Each occasion im there somehow they manage to mess it up and I end up driving back to get it fixed and still end up with half warm meals and fries. Tonight was no different, after the person at the counter rang up the wrong items so I had more than I wanted without realizing it (I wanted a chicken sandwich & jr burger and 2 large fries.. I got 2 whole 4 for $4 meals plus 2 large fries) I realized the mistake but just had extra food that I already paid for so wasnt going to bother with it. I get home to eat said chicken sandwich that was all I wanted in what they gave me... Only to find it has ketchup, mustard and mayo on it for some reason the cook went condiment crazy and loaded this thing up with it all I dont know why....So i had to go back again tonight as usual to get the right food. Only to receive a lovely "fresh" sandwich in approx 35 seconds after hearing the problem... that ended up being cold as heck from sitting in the warming drawer to long. I did not get to finish my order - the drive thru worker never came back to finish my order but stood by cup rack like it needed support standing up. The worker who does not take orders asking me for payment I said I'm not done - she proceeded update other workers then came back to say "what are you wanting?" Very irritated by this point, I said "hey I was never done with my order", they kept rushing me for their incompetence to finish my order!!! I was the only one in line waited 7 mins to get order placed employee Marco with all the keys never Said he would be there to take order just stared at me making comments joking with other employees. Took another 10 mins for food and still missing items. During the prep for my order I noticed sandwiches come out pretty fast but other items were slow and Marco still joking saying things like you know privileged white people to an employee when a lady came up for missing dressing for her salad. Then when I noticed nuggets missing he seemed annoyed and hand fingers on my missing nuggets he did replace when I asked him for fresh ones because he was touching them. To top it off as I waited for my order he never helped the long line forming at counter they even tried to get his attention.
