Ordered twice at the drive thru cashier was confused or sidetracked.. maybe also new definitely unsure of herself.. she asked me again at the window what my order was.. I did not get what I ordered. I was missing things I asked for, they put ketchup in my bag didn't ask me if I wanted it. I really dislike getting packets dropped on my food.. I used my app to collect points when paying cash, but it didn't work. She didn't tell me until after I already gave her the money. Didn't know why. I then asked the shift manager and she blamed it on the tech dept like it's not part of her company. "It's the tech dept, it has nothing to do with us" ...What happened to being a team player? There is no way to remedy it and the "manager" said she couldn't do anything and I don't think she even apologized for the error. Please give your employees more training on customer service. The kids are making a high living wage now and the public should be able to expect great service. The wait in the drive thru...

Without fail, your employees CANNOT GET ORDERS CORRECT. They forget sauce for the salads, they forget to change sizes of the meal despite being asked repeatedly and I still get charged for the "large" meal. They forget straws, they forget ENTIRE SANDWICHES, they forget FRIES! When they forget to add certain things, they even consistently forget the receipt and then you can't tell them you had something different at the window! I'm done going to this…place.
I don't know what's wrong here, maybe you should pay your employees more or give them incentives to get the job done. Normally, when a store doesn't perform it's NOT DUE TO THE WORKERS. It's USUALLY due to some leader underperforming or not listening. Fix your store.

You'd think "Baconator with no sauce/bacon and cheese only" would be a pretty simple order to not mess up, but that is exactly what happened the past four times I've decided to give this place a chance. On my latest attempt, I was even told by the guy at the drive-thru that Baconators have no sauce despite the picture on the menu suggesting otherwise (and when I got the burger, it indeed had the sauce on it).
I never ate inside, so I can't tell you how nice it is in there, but I can tell you the drive-thru staff really doesn't seem to care all that much about doing their job properly. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and go find a different Wendy's to get your food at if your order has any specifics to it - the one just off the intersection at Kyrene and Warner doesn't have a drive-thru that's open late at night like this one, but they never messed...
