I ordered $120 worth of food two days ago Most of it was very good and I even called the GM and complemented his employees Today I ordered again for my grandchildren and myself and the employees were so much less customer oriented and didn’t care about their product in my opinion. Steve Who is an assistant manager by the way told me that it depends on who’s making it the dough could be stretched. There is no quality assurance in the store I will never order from them again and please ’do yourself a favor. I would never recommend the employees they were like night and day. I was told by a shift manager that one of the things I ordered for my grandchildren the bacon cheese bread was put in a 16 inch box so therefore it would be the right size Just because you put something in a larger box doesn’t mean it’s the right size that will fit it in of course it didn’t All I was trying to do is let them know that maybe someone messed up but Steve would not hear of it neither would Jamie I sent her a picture of it I will never evordeev from them ever again and please do yourself a favor it’s hit or miss I used to work also in the restaurant industry and I always would try to help the customers but they didn’t care and I was not trying to get anything free I am in my own home and I have money in the bank and I’m taking care of three grandchildren and I’m already retired and I’m 71 years old I don’t like it when people try to use you and do things because they don’t want to hear all they had to do was say they messed up instead of saying some people do it this way and some people don’t do it that way would you like it when you went to a restaurant and they did it 15 different ways and you’re supposed to accept that isn’t their quality assurance and every quality assurance in a restaurant so you know what you’re getting You have to have that that’s the bottom line in a restaurant you need to have the same product every time or close to it at least this was night and day it didn’t even taste as good and it was a third smaller at least but for the same price I am so angry right now I can hardly stand it because I had no customer satisfaction and I am not want to complain normally I don’t like to cause problems. I’m stressed out enough taking care of 3 to 5 grandchildren when I’m 71 years old when I’m trying to also do their teachers job because it’s been online thanks please don’t ever order from them ever ...
Read moreWow, I have been a customer for about a year and I order frequently. Their website is horrible for ordering but I've dealt with it. When a mistake was made (I obviously pressed one of their tiny buttons wrong) the employee told me there's nothing they can do and I should call in next time (he spoke with his manager but the manager wouldn't even come to the phone). I own 2 restaurants and I would fire any of my managers if that's what came out of their mouth in response to a customer complaint especially when they have about $2.50 food cost in the pizza and charge $28 for a 1/2 pepperoni with 13 tiny pieces of burned something (and no cheese which was the mistake) and 1/2 extra cheese (which didn't have extra cheese). $28 for a pizza that looks like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. I never leave bad reviews so as not to adversely affect a business rating because mistakes happen. BUT, I will never buy from this place ever again! My advice to the owner (who probably will never see this) in these hard times of finding employees, fire your Wednesday night manager as he/she will cost you more business.
Update: I obviously pressed the wrong button for no cheese on 1/2 the pizza. But, there was no sauce on that half and tons of bare spots from popped bubbles. The other half that was extra cheese had barely anything on it. Yes, your manager made a new pizza AFTER I DROVE TO YOUR Location, because he wouldn't come to the phone when I originally called, and presented the horrible looking pizza to him. His response even then was "I'm not allowed to remake a pizza, there's nothing in the computer that will let me do it and I don't make the rules". I had to get adamant with him and he finally responded with "I don't care, I will make a new one". Great management training you have. So your rule is to not take care of a bad end result & not even allowing the capability in your POS system to fix a problem? That tells me you don't trust any manager to make a judgment decision and you don't care about...
Read moreI ordered online the “cauliflower wings” thinking it was chicken wings breaded with a cauliflower batter. When I received my order it was just fried cauliflower. Why name it “wings” when it’s literally just fried cauliflower? They even give you flavors like if you were ordering a flavor for wings. The same options! So, I ordered the Mango Habanero. The store manager told me they could deliver me chicken wings free of charge, but would have to charge me for a new order of chicken wings. Um… no.
There advertisement is misleading. There is no description of what this meal entailed. The picture on their online is very small and actually looks like a basket of wings (Parmesan looking wings to be exact). I thought, what an amazing idea, because there is actually batter out there you make with cauliflower. So, I thought this was something they serviced. Well, I was wrong. I let the store know and the most I’m told is pay for an order of chicken wings and we’ll deliver for free. So, I already paid $20 for 2 slices of pizza, “cauliflower wings” and you want me to pay another $10+ dollars for actual wings because your store advertised “wings” for fried cauliflower? Where in cauliflower makes you want to name it “wings”?!?!
Anyhow, very dissatisfying. I am waiting to hear back from the owners, because the assistant store managers said to email them and provided me the information. If they tell me they won’t compensate me for my money or credit me, this will be a deal breaker and I will make sure everyone I know is told not to do business here. I work in a large hospital and we will make sure not to order here again if...
