I couldn’t order over the phone because when I ordered a gluten-free crust their screen went blank so I told them I’ll come in and will settle it there when I got there computer still wasn’t working so they gave me a deal on the pizzas if I had cash I had to go get cash so I went to an ATM got charged four dollars for getting cash so I really did not get a deal on the pizzas the manager was scolding One of the pizza making guys because things weren’t going right she was on the phone trying to straighten out the computers and it wouldn’t work I was frustrated that I got a deal on the pizzas but I had to pay four...

Take and Bake turns into wait and wait some more.

Do not waste your time. My wife and I pre ordered specifically for our pizza to be ready at 2pm and it wasn't ready until after 4. Staff was not helpful and were not communicating at all with the many customers they had waiting in the lobby. You literally could go eat at Rey Azteca next door for a similar price and get in and get out before getting your pizza from Papa Murphys.

The slightly above average pizza is not worth the hastle, especially for a company that advertises itself as being convenient. AVOID...

Our experience was poor with this store. A gentlemen was dismissive with myself and my wife. He refused to provide us with the daily special saying they had "sold out" and "wouldn't make more." He then would not acknowledge any coupons. Stating "they are currently in court with coupon Sherpa and other online coupon companies." He said, "those are just pictures of Papa Murphy's coupons."
