Beware the employees will "forget" to give your CC back, it happened to my husband and to me in 2 separate occasions. I've been a regular costumer for the last 8 years no complaints until an employee ruined the experience and I wont be returning. Latina employee in her 30s or 40s, very rude, entitled and combative. No costumer should have to experience this type of treatment. The moment I walked in to get my CC the big rude employee talked very fast telling me they have been accused before of stealing Credit cards and one time the police came in with a costumer. I assured her I was there to pick up my card and I was not accusing them and I did not have the police with me, but they should take measures on giving the CC back to the Coatumer as soon as the transaction is complete to prevent issues. The entire time this employee kept talking over me and interrupting me which made the situation worse, the woman began insulting me when I told her she had a job as an employee to treat the costumers better. Who I think was the store manager was there I reminded him that I am a frequent client and this treatement was unacceptable, he did not say anything but tell the employee to shush which she never did. Read moreI love Wendy's, but don't have it often because there's not one in my town. This Wendy's is really bad. The person taking the order could not understand people. It took over a half an hour to get 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers and 1 big bacon classic. With everyone in line having the same problem. We finally get the food, while there are at least 5 people just wandering around inside the store. I wasn't rude, said please and thank you. Instead of getting the 2 jr. bacon cheese, I got 2 plain hamburgers. Did you know they lock the dining room at 6pm? So I had to run up to the one drive thru window, and tell 2 different people, because I was speaking English, and they did not. Then I get my order, of course it's luke warm. I gave it two stars because I still like the food. I won't be going back, especially with the faces they made, like I was in the wrong for expecting to get the correct order. Read moreToday I had a very horrible experience with the male manager at the drive through window, he about mid 40’s with glasses and a horrible attitude. Truthfully I will never go here again. I work for door dash and the orders aren't always clear and I always take my time to get everything the customer wants, not only did he rush me but when I got to the window he was so nasty when I asked to make corrections. I even began to ask can he help me read the order and he told me that’s not his job that’s my job. He then called me out my name after I told him that I feel he’s being racist and rude. Look I get it’s a lot going on but I’m trying to drop off someone’s dinner and get home to my family so we can eat.
