The sign said open it was like 9:50pm so i made sure and they said yes we are open for 10 more minutes. I placed a simple order and they made my ice cream but refused to put sprinkles on it because they closed in 10 minutes...? I said okay it's just sprinkles and if your sign says open then you have 10 minutes to put sprinkles on an ice cream. The manager refused. He said they already cleaned up and toppings are closed.
