Customer service was very poor!! I made it in to the Store initially at 6:20 AM I didn’t leave the store until 6:50 AM. Let’s keep in mind. I ordered online about 15 minutes before picking up they had about six workers and was taking forever acting as if they didn’t even know what to do. This is my neighborhood location and goes to this location very oftenlike extremely often the last few months I will say the service has plumber to nothing when I asked the lady about waiting for my sandwich, I had already received my drinks she caught an attitude with me saying she just got off of break and she have all these tickets up there. She was very rude and inconsiderate. I had to catch an Uber from work to Starbucks and then to my home due to my vehicle having some trouble so my Uber driver had to wait all of this time and I had to pay an additional$19 on top of my ride absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate. Read moreThe “Shift Manager” was extremely rude, uncaring, and subpar. She made excuses for their lack of inventory and compared the store to a bakery. Stating that we don’t know what we’re going to run out of on a day to day basis. Pretty weird, because why don’t you at least know a good rough estimate of about how much product your store will need to keep your business running smoothly?! Her attitude was insane and weird. Her managing skills seem to be very little. However, I feel like with some effective retraining, the manager that I’m referencing could be a Starbucks Star. Until then, at least try being courteous to your Customers and at least act like you value them!!! The food was terrible!!! The Iced Lemon Loaf was tattered and had pieces of it that were scraped off, my Feta Spinach Wrap was hardened and crisp on the sides when it’s not supposed to be crispy!!! They're constantly out of things, but even when the app says they're not, jokes on you- you'll wait twenty minutes in the drive through, get told they're working on your order, and wait another ten minutes at the window while two people tell you the same thing before somebody finally tells you they're out of stock of your syrup. I've had them refund drinks multiple times because their wait is always incredibly excessive, always thirty minutes or more for mobile orders, and they seem to have no idea how to move a drive through line. And even if you have a valid complaint (like what happened with the syrup) they act like you're a burden and customer service is just too much effort for them.
