Costumer service is not what you would expect from the starbucks brand. The employees seemed bothered by customers, I had to wait to order while they had a private conversation and were laughing, I wasn't even acknowledged while I waited a while for them to finish their personal conversation. They did not have the drink I wanted, and they wanted to sell me juice with coconut milk instead because they didn't have dragon fruit inclusions. That's what makes the entire drink. There are no electrical plugs around, but for one table in the middle, the bathrooms were disgusting ( I didn't want to include pictures of this), there was no toilet paper on either bathroom, and the environment was just not what people are used to at starbucks. I was very disappointed in my visit, I will definitely just go somewhere else next time.

This store has not been open long and on 12/28/23, I pull up and try to go in at around 4 and the inside is closed. I waited in the drive thru over 25 minutes and paid, the employees are walking by constantly. I waited an additional 6 minutes. And was given a drink that was melted down or just didn’t fill the cup. I sat my drink in the cup holder and put my straw in only to realize it was not full. I pulled over so I can take a picture. This place is ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED with young people that apparently has no respect for other people’s time. It is always something about this location. They need an adult in there or something the customer service need work. The service is poor.

I thought I paid for a venti and ended up getting a grande. I was too tired and too far gone to even turn back. Pro-tip: check your drinks before you leave. Side note: there's a lot of litter when pulling through drive thru. I know it's not their fault but maybe try harder to keep it clean.

Customer service was very poor!! I made it in to the Store initially at 6:20 AM I didn’t leave the store until 6:50 AM. Let’s keep in mind. I ordered online about 15 minutes before picking up they had about six workers and was taking forever acting as if they didn’t even know what to do. This is my neighborhood location and goes to this location very oftenlike extremely often the last few months I will say the service has plumber to nothing when I asked the lady about waiting for my sandwich, I had already received my drinks she caught an attitude with me saying she just got off of break and she have all these tickets up there. She was very rude and inconsiderate. I had to catch an Uber from work to Starbucks and then to my home due to my vehicle having some trouble so my Uber driver had to wait all of this time and I had to pay an additional$19 on top of my ride absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate. The “Shift Manager” was extremely rude, uncaring, and subpar. She made excuses for their lack of inventory and compared the store to a bakery. Stating that we don’t know what we’re going to run out of on a day to day basis. Pretty weird, because why don’t you at least know a good rough estimate of about how much product your store will need to keep your business running smoothly?! Her attitude was insane and weird. Her managing skills seem to be very little. However, I feel like with some effective retraining, the manager that I’m referencing could be a Starbucks Star. Until then, at least try being courteous to your Customers and at least act like you value them!!! The food was terrible!!! The Iced Lemon Loaf was tattered and had pieces of it that were scraped off, my Feta Spinach Wrap was hardened and crisp on the sides when it’s not supposed to be crispy!!! The Frapps took at least 10 minutes to make each one. While on Frapp was being made, the other was melting!!! Very poor...

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and every time I hope it will be better they disappoint me again. They're constantly out of things, but even when the app says they're not, jokes on you- you'll wait twenty minutes in the drive through, get told they're working on your order, and wait another ten minutes at the window while two people tell you the same thing before somebody finally tells you they're out of stock of your syrup. I've had them refund drinks multiple times because their wait is always incredibly excessive, always thirty minutes or more for mobile orders, and they seem to have no idea how to move a drive through line. And even if you have a valid complaint (like what happened with the syrup) they act like you're a burden and customer service is just too much effort for them.
