🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑This location is quite terrible. The wait is longer than it should be and it is poorly ran. I came an hour before closing and ordered my meals. I briefly checked the back to ensure the right amount of containers matched how many entrees I ordered and it did. I left and drove home. I get home and pull everything out to feed the family and viola a total cluster f.⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ The sandwich is supposed to come in a French hoagie roll it was prepared on a 8 seed multi bread with seeds and nuts and was missing the balsamic vinaigrette. The bigger issue is the sandwich was for a child allergic to nuts 🤯🤯🤯. The second entree was a distinct salad that was being promoted. Would you believe three items that come on the salad were not there🤔. So I call the location to speak with the manager Rachel. I was in for a special treat. I explained the situation to her and her response was " Oh well we ran out of the bread it comes on". No apology. I kindly said well j would have appreciated that being communicated before I left there or while I was ordering. She then said " Well we ran out of some things so we substituted them. We are about to close so what do you want me to do. I'm not working in the kitchen I'm in the office right now so you can come by tomorrow". So I was not welcome to return the food TONIGHT!! I received a forced apology after I explained to her that she really should be ashamed of herself being when I reviewed the receipt she was the cashier who rang me and did not inform or ask me about any substitutions or anything. Needless to say we were not able to eat dinner. The return process and refund was a huge debacle. The shift manager Hector did apologize stating that Rachel is temporarily helping from another store. He wasted 30 minutes of my time explaining to me that he has to send corporate a documentation with a copy of my receipt for me to get a refund. I mean it's 2019!! It takes over two weeks to get your money back. This was just too much of a bad experience to waste my money there again. There is a Panera close by with much better quality and service. Don't get me wrong the food offerings from corner bakery are good when the food is available and from speaking with another manager it is common that they run out of foods. NO THANKS I'LL SPEND MY MONEY...
Read moreUpdated review I convinced my husband to go back because I thought we could have a quick breakfast. They apparently no longer offer sausage, only bacon, which is disappointing. No where on their website does it say when breakfast is over, I've been able to get it around noon before, and even if u could do an online order, it allows u to add breakfast items and doesn't list a cut off time. We got there around 11:30am, the boards had changed to lunch, so we asked if we could order breakfast. The cashier (I think he's the manager we had issues with years ago about the camera), said breakfast was closed. My husband asked what time that happened. He wasn't even really sure. He said 10 or 10:30. I don't know what that means when employees don't even know when breakfast ends. Now I'm confused on if and when breakfast actually stops. So we ended up leaving, going somewhere else, and had a great meal and time. One last thing. The girl in front of us that kind of cut in front of us had on a thong bikini bottom and some shorts that had tons of holes and were completely see through. I think she should have been asked to leave, it was not appropriate as any type of cover up and it was actually quite nasty. I'm glad we didn't stay cuz that alone made me want to leave and vomit. Below is my original review that I think is important for people to see because 3 years later, it is still one of the weirdest interactions I've had with an employee. The only reason it's two stars and not less is they have really good breakfasts, a vegetarian sandwich, and salads. I get coupons emailed to me, which makes the pricing really appealing, this location is just not very convenient to me. Now the reason for only two stars. The last time we were there, we went for breakfast and had an unfortunate situation with the manager approaching my husband, who was playing around with his camera settings, not taking pictures of anything mind you, and telling my husband he could not take pictures inside. We thought he was joking because as my husband was being profiled, two teenagers sat near us taking pictures with their phone, but were never approached. Nevermind there being no signs of this "rule" anywhere. CB never made this right. Now, my husband has no desire to go anymore,...
Read moreMy first (& only so far) visit here was pleasant and enjoyable. The atmosphere is soft and relaxing. Perfect for a quick bite before a busy day, or for a long meal enjoying a book. I ordered the yogurt and fruit parfait. The staff was kind enough to honor my request that the parfait be prepared in separate bowls (I don't like my food touching). The yogurt parfait came with fresh strawberries and blueberries and lightly sweetened granola. I ordered an iced coffee. Upon finding they don't offer glass cups for iced coffee, I asked if I could use a personal mug (reduce plastic waste). They were once again kind enough to oblige me. Their coffee bar offers a nice selection to prepare your coffee. They have 4 different flavours of coffee available, and nutmeg, cinnamon, cocoa, and vanilla, in addition to sugar, to flavor your coffee. The iced coffee has a great flavor (much better than Starbucks and other dime-a-dozen coffee shops). Another thing I noticed was how friendly and considerate the staff is. The young lady who brought me my food was very kind and asked if I need anything else before leaving. I've been similar places where after bringing you your food, the staff is eager to get away. The gentleman who cleared my dishes again asked if I needed anything, and wished me a (genuine) good day before departing. (TL;DR) Overall, friendly staff, delicious food, great coffee, and a wonderful visit. 10/10 would recommend and...
