I’ve yet to have a bad experience at Jeni’s, and this new Chapel Hill location is no exception. I regret not taking photos because the atmosphere outside was amazing! We were served by Jamiya, who has been a Jeni’s manager for quite some time, and it shows. She’s met THE Jeni and she was brought by upper management to specifically help get this location up and running. Jamiya and her staff are doing a great job. Super cute location but no indoor seating! The outdoor seating area is generally clean but some people leave dirty napkins + ice cream drips around the tables/seats.
