Iām giving this review a one star because itās my only option but really worst experience ever. I have been an every day customer with Starbucks and I have never been so disappointed. I order my drink every morning before work never in the afternoon but this time I decided to get a drink after work ordered on my mobile app went to pick it up when I got there. I noticed I hit the wrong drink on my app. I asked the cashier or barista, if I could get a different drink, I had mistakenly press the wrong one on my app. She proceeded to gave me an attitude and said well if you want to change your drink, you have to pay full price for it and I said Iām not taking this drink you can keep it and give me the drink that I always order. She said no you have to pay full price , so I was like why is there a problem? I have done it before in the past at a different Starbucks and they never giving me trouble. In fact there was one time I went to the wrong location and they remade my order even though I didnāt order it from that Starbucks , mind you this isnāt the case I specifically order from this Starbucks at Harris Teeter, which I will no longer be going to . I know Starbucks in Harris Teeter is any different than a regular outstanding Starbucks store but her customer service was awful. There was this guy plumbing and said just give her the drink and Iāll pay for it. I feel really bad for that. Of course she had no choice, but to make me my drink, the Pay for my drink. It is absolutely upsetting Starbucks Harris Teeter please hi employees that care...

Its a great location for me to stop at grab coffee on my way to work and my way home so I felt the need to keep trying even after my drink was bad, even after the Batista couldn't show me how to use the app for a coupon I had, even after they are literally out of every. Thing. I want every day but today was the last straw. I came in and ordered my drink ICED caramel machiatto add caramel, and cold foam, the Batista asked me if that was a frappachino? š„“ anyway the drink she gave me was ready in about 45 seconds and she was the only one working there so I already knew it was wrong, very wrong. I was running late so I took the cup and left. I get to the car and u see whip on top š not the cold foam that cost an extra $1.. Then I notice there is NO ice at all in it, then I drink some and there wasn't even coffee in it. I have had a problem the last 4 times I've come so I'm done and whoever the manager is who thinks it's a good idea to have someone in there alone who doesn't know how to make the drinks that's a terrible idea I will find another place to spend $7 a cup at and after today it will...

This Starbucks this morning was batting .500, which in baseball is the impossible dream, but in the food service industry is totally unacceptable. The venti white mocha was excellent and met all my expectations, but the customer service was abysmal. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. I accidentally passed by the register where you place your order and walked all the way across the front of the service counter and then BACK to the register...and still no one greeted me. It was only after standing in front of the register for at least five seconds that the barista gave me a disingenuous, perfunctory, āCan I help you?ā. Then when my coffee was being prepared, I was treated to endless drivel from the mouths of the employees discussing who stayed out latest last night. I donāt know when I have been more disregarded and ignored in a food service...
