AVOID AT ALL COST! This place truely does not care if you are a customer, delivery driver, or if you ordered 30 mins ago on their app. They disrespect ignore and refuse to make or hand you your order. They think its a game. As a driver this is truly the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of picking up from asked nicely for my order 3 times and the staff ignored me as the food was sitting there getting cold. Have been there on other occasions to pick up and they refused to even start the order until I arrived wasted time driving there 15 mins just to wait another 30 for them to make a simple order. I hope this place gets shut down as it is worse than the burger king that is now closed. Do not order food here. Not only in person not on a delivery app just pick another restaurant absolutely horrible customer service and refusal to fulfill their contract with delivery platforms. If you like cold food and waiting an hour for it then by all means order from here. Have also gone through the drive though waited 15 mins asked for the order all so I can get to the window they laugh at me hand me a drink and have me sit in the front of the store for 20 mins while they serve 5 customers in the drive thru thinking the helpless delivery driver will wait 30 minutes for a 5 dollar order. Read moreWent to Chardon Taco Bell yesterday.stood there for 15 mins..no one came up to the counter. Finally, a woman comes up and asks if we're trying to order we said yes, and she said, you can only place orders to the kiosk. We don't do orders at the counter, so we left and we won't be back. I have special ways I have to ask for food to be made. Because I have a condition that affects my health.I can't do it on a kios. Furthermore, you're taking away from someone's job when you do that, I won't be back. This Taco Bell is run by a private franchise. And last year I came there for a special they had just advertised on tv, when I walked up to the counter, the young girl told me they ran that special 3 weeks earlier when I called corporate, they said they should not be doing that. They should be running it as soon as we start advertising it. Plus because they didn't offer that special anymore, I asked for something else to eat specifically.And they said they couldn't make it because the oils in the fryers are being changed at 1 o'clock. In the afternoon, you don't do that in the middle of the afternoon..so after yesterday's experience, we will not be back to that taco...
Read moreI had gone through the drive thru at this location at 4:00 on 6/8/21 for reference. I had ordered a chicken nacho box as I have a health condition that makes it harder for me to digest beef. I opened the box after proceeding through and saw that not only it was beef, but it also had a large black hair on the top of it. I went through the drive thru again and asked for a replacement as it was the wrong item and had a hair in it. I apologized to the woman at the window as I am not usually a complainer and felt bad about having them make another one. She was kind to me and told me that it was their fault, however when I got home I realized that one of their works had put "extra hair" in a heart on the bottom of my box. I am absolutely disgusted that Taco Bell employs somebody like this. There was no reason at all for this and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was the locations mistake and I was still very courteous about it, and to be treated like this is not okay whatsoever. I tried calling the store to inform the manager and their phone systems were down. I recommend going to a different location or different chain all together...
