Been going here for years and never had a problem except for the occasional mess up of an order, but that’s really no big deal. Went there today and thought I would share my experience. I originally was going to go to McDonald’s but seeing as it was lunch rush (this was around 1pm) I could not even pull into the parking lot so I decided to go to Wendy’s. The parking lot was empty, I pulled right up to the speaker. I was ordering a 10 piece nugget meal with a medium fry but a large Sprite Zero. That’s it. A very simple order, however the lady at the drive through would not let me get anything out she kept cutting me off and talking over me. For example, as I was saying “I would like a medium fry and a large drink” she yelled over top of me “SMALL MEDIUM OR LARGE!?” so I simply repeated what I just said and as I did that she yelled over top of me “WHAT SAUCE!?”. When I finally reached the window she (a younger African American woman) said my total (I don’t remember what it was), I handed her a 10 dollar bill and she handed me my change. I didn’t think anything of it. I organized the bills she gave me back into my wallet with the rest of my cash without really paying much mind to what she actually handed me back. She handed me my drink and then said “How much change did I give you back?” and I said “I’m not sure, but it doesn’t matter.” Thinking that she thought maybe she hadn’t given me enough and I thought I would be helping her by telling her not to worry about it. She said “No I think it does matter because I don’t know if I rang you up for the wrong order. You had a 10 piece nugget meal right” I said “yes.” She said “Well can you check how much I gave you back?!” I said “no I can’t because I put it in my wallet with the rest of my cash and I don’t know specifically what you just handed me back!” She closed the window and had two other women standing with her by the register (a young blonde girl and an older lady). She opens the window and says to the other girls “just give her her food because I don’t know”. She then hands me my food and I take it out of her hands and she says “Snatch something out of my hands one more time! I don’t know who you think you are” she continued to ramble on and I just drove away. Now if they were busy I would understand her hast when taking my order and cutting me off every time I spoke, but they were not busy. By the time I got to the window I was a little irritated by how she took my order, but I was never rude to her. SHE did her job wrong and SHE was mad that I couldn’t fix it. It...
Read moreThis has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We walk up to order aren’t helped for at least 5 minutes (no one else in line) there are employees sitting there on their phone texting others standing there talking among each other. Music is blaring behind the counter with profanity as well. Mind you there is a family with young children sitting right near the counter that can here this music. While the lady is trying to take our order she is yelling at us keeps saying what because she can’t hear us over music that is being played by an employee here. Lady that takes order doesn’t give receipt so I ask another employee that comes to the counter he is sitting there laughing along with another employee. The lady that originally took our order comes back over says that the computer is frozen idk what you want me too. She then says she will have to re start it but it will take a bit. I said fine I will wait. While waiting for the computer to come back on I witness an employee drop fries on floor , reach into the bin of chicken nuggets grab them with his bare hands, send them out the drive thru window to a customer. He drops a cloth of some sort in the chicken nugget bin another employee comes in behind him just picks up the cloth from off top of the chicken nuggets & just serves the chicken nuggets to a customer. The guy comes back over looks at screen then stand behind counter on his phone texting & singing. 4 employees then come to the register to see what’s going on & the one is believed to a be manager here is standing in front of me laughing because they can’t print my receipt. Bathrooms are disgusting no toilet paper or paper towels. Oh I could go on about this location it needs to be shut down! I would not recommend this place...

At 9:35 pm tonight I ordered online for pick-up. It said that in-store pickup is available until 10 p.m. and that my food would be ready in 5 minutes. I got to the door at 9:50. Printed on both door are the hours all saying that they are open until 10:00 but all the doors were locked. I knocked on both doors. Of at least 5 employees inside, nobody would take the trouble to come to either door to tell me what to do. I did not want to wait in a drive-thru line for my food that should be sitting on the pick-up counter. Eventually one employee took the initiative (ha) to point me to the drive-thru window. Luckily at that point the drive though line had emptied. I stood at the drive-through window and they STARTED MAKING MY ORDER RIGHT THEN as I waited standing in the cold. They were also out of strawberry frosties so I took chocolate as substitute. Chili was not right--watery.
I guess the manager at this restaurant decided to give everybody an extra break and close the lobby at least 10 minutes early. To hell with customers.
much, much better mobile service than McDonald's or Tavo Bell. At Bell it's very difficult to get them to make the meal before you arrive. at McDonald's they just won't. Here they make it for whatever time you say, and it's waiting on a dedicated shelf so you don't have to try to get somebody's attention.
1 point off for web app not allowing curb side service even though at the restaurant all the signs were as if curbside service was active. 7 p.m. on a Saturday, and they have the parking spots and signs. i don't know if app defect or the restaurant is short...
