Wow. The customer service here is by far the worst I have ever received. There were two people working the drive-thru and at first I thought maybe it was a new person so I would give them a little grace and not think much of it. However, as I continued to order and then pick up my food it was clear to me that is was an attitude issue and NOT a new person. Upon pulling up to the drive-thru it is completely silent. After a bit of time goes by I hear "You got questions?". I said, "oh, no I just wasn't sure if you were ready for me to order yet." After a little more time of silence I just place my order. They then asked what size, I responded "classic". They said "Size?"....I was obviously confused and they said "what size?" again without giving anymore context so I could clear up my confusion. After a couple back and forths they said "med or large for your fries/drink?". I answered. They said "Anything else?". Nope. At this point, I began to hear laughing in the background and now understood that it was not a new person and simply just a person that didn't care to have any good customer service skills and they found it humorous when their customers were confused and they chose not to clarify or assist in clearing anything up.
Picking my food up at the window was the same experience. I could hear one employee taking a persons order in the drive-thru and the opposite employee that was cashing me out was laughing at the interactions between the customer and drive-thru employee. So disrespectful! The employee cashing me out said "want some sauces?" I said no thank you. After that she handed me my drink and bag of food. And that was it! There was no, here is your food or have a good day or anything!!!
If there were an award for the worst customer service and the ability to take an order in the least amount of words these employees got it!!! It is so disgusting to be treated in such a way. I attempted to call because I would have shared my experience with the manager, but the phone seemed to be busy or disconnected.
I truly hope the employees here have a change of heart. FYI - If anyone knows the owner of this store, you may want to tell them they need to fire their manager. Based on this review and similar reviews of others, she does not care how this...
Read moreI went in This restaurant to get a gyro on 8/12/25. The woman at the register said that they didn't have any gyros So I ordered the chicken bacon is Swiss combo. The woman at the register acted like she didn't even want to be there. All of the sauces were out at the dispensers. Same woman walked by pick something up off of the table and threw it from 5 ft away into the trash can because she was too lazy to walk over to it to drop it in there. Come on Arby's you can do better. Hire people that greet their customers nicely and act like they want to work there. I will not be back for a while. The chicken on my sandwich was overcooked but the crinkle fries were great.
Follow up review. 9/12/25 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Five star review My girlfriend and I decided to go try this Arby's again. I must say that place has done a complete 180° turn for the better! The cashier was super friendly and the food was excellent and all of the condiments were full. They were well staffed to handle a lot of orders if need be because they had two people making the sandwiches and one person at the drive-thru in one person at the dine-In counter. It was pajama day today so all of the employees got to wear their pajamas to work which I thought was really neato. I got a kick out of that I must say. While we were dining in the employees did a little employee pep chant dialog which I thought was awesome as well. You have a great group of employees working in there now and it shows!! Thank you to the owner for sending me a free sandwich card for my next visit due to my not so great experience that I wrote about in my previous review. Thank you owner for valuing my review and taking the time to make it right. To anyone who had a not so good experience I would highly recommend that you try going there now. You will be...
Read moreMy elderly mom stopped at this location yesterday. Her 1st visit to Arby's in at least 30 years and 1st time alone. She stopped in just around 4 PM, so not a super busy time. She wanted a chicken sandwich but didn't know about the sauces so asked a bunch of questions. The gal (long, light brown ponytail) working the drive thru got snippy with her. Order was placed, mom gets to drive thru window, pays, gal goes to hand her the bag when mom asks, "Is the dressing on the side?" Gal bring bag back into the store, puts in down, proceeds to talk (taking an order?) to someone while filling cups with ice. NEVER looked into the bag. Then hands mom the bag. Mom just wanted to be gone at this point. Yes, the sauce was in a packet on the side. No, the chicken sandwich was not better than Chick-fil-a, sauce was unnecessary and Mom was unhappy with the entire time consuming experience not to mention disappointed with her now lukewarm, bland chicken sandwich. Don't
First, don't assume all customers have been there before, they may need some time to look over the menu. Second, maybe they DO patronize, but want to try something different. Third, do not be rude to your customers. Fourth don't ignore customers specific requests, especially when they have nothing better to do than watch YOU not fulfill their specific requests AND you make their food less hot. I sure hope the timing plate on the drive thru was working yesterday so that gal's next review shows her lack of timelin. Don't expect mom to...
