Starbucks — Restaurant in Charleston

I am never one to complain and am certainly an extremely patient person, but the Starbucks at 1117 Maybank Hwy inside the Harris Teeter is just TERRIBLE. I have been in on multiple occasions (I live nearby) and service has ALWAYS been the same...very SLOW and inefficient. Also, they seem to always be out a certain ingredient. Example: no salt for a SALTED Caramel Mocha (3 consecutive visits..told the same thing), or no mixed nuts OR fruit (I had to use my own at home) for oatmeal, or very little ice in my beverage. Heck I didn't even get a spoon today for that! I should have just gone to our local coffee shop, Muddy Waters. 3 staff working and still couldn't get my order right. Ordered a new Carmel Crunch Frappuccino. First they made it with Soy Milk, which I would never drink, and then made a Cinnamon Frappe. When I asked about it, they acted as if it was normal. They wouldn't even look at me and one just said, "I have no idea". Terrible service! Every other Starbucks is able to handle a lobby full of customers plus a drive through and online orders while still giving great service. This one clearly needs...

The experience this morning was horrible. The batista making the drinks was not only was incapable of making a correct drink but also had an awful disposition. My sister's and I all ordered drinks, one of the three coffees were correct. When we complained she got extremely ugly with us including coming from behind the counter in a threatening manner and making a scene. I only gave one star to complete this review.
