If you're a fan of New England IPAs, look no further! I love all of our CHS breweries but if I'm being honest very few make a great hazy beer (sorry!). The Fermentory delivers, again and again. Atmosphere is very chill and so was the beer tender.
The 2023 ElRayo was my first beer and stole the show for sure. Drank like a salty sour margarita yet sweet like agave nectar and had a delightful viscosity.
Swimmingo sour IPA was also exceptional. Very big citrus notes but balanced.
DDH master was dry, almost grapefruit in flavor and after taste. Didn’t pickup on the mango nectar they described on menu but still great.

They also offer a El Rayo slushy which went down way to easy.
