Well, I've worked in & owned pizza restaurants & i have to say this was one of the worst display of gross negligence for the creation of a pizza & quality control ive seen. I Bought a medium chicken wing pizza & small greek salad to go. I was going to ask for the bl cheese on the side but the bartender said it was a swirl so i figured it would not be too much so said ho ahead and leave it on, However, when i got to my car & opened the pizza i found it covered with a grossly over exuberance of blue cheese dressing & not a good quality mild or sweet flavor blue cheese that could compliment a chicken wing pizza (but a strong sharp pungent bl cheese) So I scraped off about 1/4 cup with a teaspoon and used paper towels to remove more while still leaving too much in my professional oppinion. Also the hot sauce they use is just stamraight hot sauce not mixed with butter or a little sugar so it is quite hot in the mouth but not in a good way as i always have made my chicken wing pizza. The salad had two small pieces of feta and two large tomato slices not cut up so that was also disapointing. I will post photo of thier pizza 1st and for reference one of mine i make at home so you can see what a real pizza should off.

Oh geez, so I went to this location because it was close to my hotel and had eaten at another location just days before, big mistake. First walked in and wanted to seat at the bar but told we couldn’t because all the seats were taken by the group of smokers outside. Okay so we took a table we got a server that you would have thought was working for a bonus by the way she was asking all her table to fill out a survey while she helped them fill it out online. We got to place our Pizza order and we were so excited because we really loved it at the other location we went to. Oh it wasn’t worth the wait. When we question the server she got the bartender and he explained they don’t do stuff like the Corporate store we first went to, that his location was a franchise store and they don’t do the same things. I was like ouch maybe you should. He didn’t like that I called him out on the look of the pizza. First picture what this store gave us second picture is from the Corporate store

We ordered the House pizza and meatballs. I liked the red sauce and the toppings were great and fresh. I wasn't excited about the gluten free crust, it was not hand tossed, dry, hard, super thin and tasteless. Our service was rather slow. We didn't go in at a busy time so wasn't quite certain why that happened. Apps came fairly quickly, but our pizzas took forever. When the couple we were with got served we were informed us that ours had melted in the oven and they had to remake it. 🤷‍♀️ So... we waited again the normal amount of time, that it takes them to make a 10" pizza. When ours finally arrived, the couple we were with had already completed their dinner and were ready for the bill. Not the greatest experience for our first time there, but I get things happen...

Since they deleted my review apparently.

We went and waited for over an hour, wasnt acknowledged for the first 45 minutes, they thought we were apart of a party we weren't even close to. Yet 40 minutes later, we ask about the table we were told we'd have in 20 minutes over an hour ago, the woman looked at the paper and asked for our name ask that she could put it down and then said it would be another 30 minutes. We told her our name was already on there and that we were told we would be said an hour ago. She said the kitchen needed to breathe. We waited since we already invested so much time into it, also it was 7:45 pm, we arrived at 6:15. Our child was extremely hungry and upset, we'd been promised to be sat multiple times. People kept coming before us, saying they'd been there for hours when they had just got there and were say before us. We finally were at at 8 pm and the table was dirty, they had us standing at the table to wait to come back to clean the table. There were 13 empty dirty tables surrounding us through out the restaurant. There was only one clean one, why they chose to sit us at the dirty, only God knows.

We had to wait for 10 minutes before they came to ask about drinks, took 10 more minutes for my partners beer, then 5 minutes for my tea. They forgot the apple for our child to snack on.

Told them we have a dairy allergy and to do mostly vegan cheese and one portion to be real cheese so that the dairy doesn't overlap with the vegan cheese. It was the opposite. Waited forever for a check.

Trivia night was extremely loud, no sound boards to absorb the echo. Didn't need to be so loud. Literally half the place was empty. Evenly distribute the sound through the buildings speakers, don't use a gig speaker for musicians. That's ridiculous. Especially with an auditorium...

I went to this location last night (Saturday) with my cousin and her 2 children. When we walked in it the restaurant was filled with smoke. Nothing was explained to us about where the smoke was coming from, which might have allowed us to go to another restaurant. We were seated promptly and drinks and an appetizer was ordered. The music was insanely loud and we all had to almost yell at each other to talk. Right after that the fire department showed up and opened all the doors and put fans around, making the whole restaurant cold. My soda had plenty of carbonation but the syrup was out. I asked for a new drink, but they were out so I had to chose something else. The appetizer was half burnt, which I’m sure had to do with whatever caused the smoke issue. The main courses were good, however our waitress was hovering over our table, and it felt like we were being rushed through our meal. My cousin was actively eating and she tried to take the plate away. At that point I had enough, wanting to just leave. We spoke to the manager who said he would talk to her, but he didn’t seem too concerned with our experience. Then we saw someone in the kitchen vaping right where they make the pizzas. We have always loved going to Mellow, and both of us have worked in restaurants in the past so we understand things unexpectedly happen, but from start to finish this one needs to take a hard look at this location and maybe do...
