The only thing I ate yesterday was the chicken salad sandwich from here, and I became violently ill overnight. When I called to let the restaurant know in case they needed to throw out ingredients, the woman who answered was extremely rude and asked me what I wanted her to “say” or “to do about it” (and no, I was not rude or being a Karen, I was genuinely trying to be helpful). She then basically told me that because they used canned chicken, that there was no way that could have gotten food poisoning from them (even though it could have easily been the lettuce). That being said, I’m sure they will be serving all of the same food and ingredients to people today. I will never be giving them my business again, and I highly recommend against eating here since they do not seem to care about...

This is by far the best coffee shop in the Kanawha Valley. Daily Dose compares to or is better than many coffee shops that I have been too in major cities across the country, including San Francisco, Fresno, Denver, and Charlotte. There Cappuccino is awesome, and their specials/specialty drinks are very good. Especially the Smores Latte is excellent. They also have tasty pastries and my favorite, the frittatas. They do give the option to add CBD products to drinks, however I have not partaken in this and cannot give a review on that specific topic.
