Cook Out — Restaurant in Charleston

We have yet to get our order as it was ordered. They have some of the most inept staff. Ordered ranch chicken wrap but got a corn dog; ordered onion rings, got a corn dog; ordered tea got coke; ordered cheese bites got a corn dog, etc. It must have been discount corn dog day!! When I checked the 3 boxes that were practically tossed out the window by a tall black male, we discovered all 3 were wrong. He came back to the window and told me that the orders were correct and to have a good day. I refused, asked for someone else. We were so frustrated we just settled for the corn dogs and the cheese bites and decided after a year of wrong orders, plastic lid pieces in the BBQ, and incompetent staff that we would from now on go elsewhere. We stop every other week on Wed after music class - can't take any more ridiculous antics and rudeness masked with feigned politeness. Some how "you're wrong, paired with 'have a nice day'" just isn't palatable. Don't go, go...

Horrible- seems like every time we go its worse than the last. Won't be returning to this location for sure. Got in line at the drive thru at 7:10pm, only 4 cars inline including me, at 7:46 finally got my order. (#40167 @19:46). You would think if it took that long its bound to be right..got home and it wasn't. The 2 large Cajun Fries with Extra cajun were so old and cold they were like rubbery cardboard, and had 0 cajun on them. My Cajun chicken with no lettuce had 2 layers of lettuce and no tomato. I am allergic to lettuce so that went straight to the trash, and my daughters hot dogs with ketchup only turned out to be mustard, ketchup and onions. I called the store 3x and asked for a manager, all 3 times i was told to hold on and waited until someone picked up the phone and hung it up. Horrible service all the way around. If they had cars wrapped around the building I might be a little more understanding but they did not. Save your time and your money or Just go...

two teenage white employees, a female and a male, we’re disrespectful as soon as we pulled up to the drive-through. While attempting to place the first order, we haven’t even got a full sentence in, the female cuts us off to tell us to pull around to the window...we were not even done placing our order so we proceeded to finish. once we we’re able to place our order, we pulled up to the window & asked the male employee to repeat the order back to us (because it seemed as if they were in a some kind of rush & we wanted to make sure our order was correct). he shut the window and we seen him mouthing to the female employee “oh my God” as if we were making they job 10x harder. then he opens the window back up to repeat the order back to us, from that point it was super awkward. we also see the female employee throwing her hands up and mouthing slick words as the window was shut. this was our very first time going to this restaurant & will not be going back. do...
