Me and my grand son stop by to get a sub he goes on to place the order he finally comes back out and I open my sub it was cold and I told my grand son mine cold he said his was cold to I said take them back in their he comes out and said the girl wants to talk to you I go in and the girl said what wrong I told her the sandwiches was cold she said no they are not I told her don't call me a liar she said I am tired of you coming in here and complaining al 'll the time first of all I have not been to fire house sub since Nov 2016 when I got my gall bladder out cause I ate one after I got it out and it made me sick so about a month ago me and my husband went down and got a sub so I don't no who this manager thinks she getting me mix up with but she was rude and scream at me and told me to leave and don't come back to her store and I told her to give me my money back this witch was rude and said she was go uhh by to call the cops I told her I wish you would maybe they will feel the sandwich and tell you it cold she is a hag and I will pray for her that God will take a hold of her mouth and clean it up don't go their the employee are nice bit the hag of a manager is...

Great food and good place to eat. the issue is the owners don't want to staff the place during the lunch time crowd. lost of times its only the manager and one other employee. they do there very best to keep up but just cant do it. I have observed numerous times customers leave because of the long line and wait. i have waited several times 25 minutes on food. If the owners don't step up to the plate and stuff the restaurant it will not last much longer. The restaurant coke machine out or broke down a lot and constantly out of main food items that they should have. i feel sorry for the manager who does a great job and takes a lot of heat from customers. the new owner worked there for a while and called everyone mate. i would just like him to know I'm not his mate and he his in...

Big sign on the window says they're open for order ahead pickup, delivery, or "Carryout - Order at the counter". Went in to order and lady told me I was wrong, the tiny sign on the door they printed said only order pickup was available and I couldn't order inside. I told them the big sign in the window said we could and that's why we came in. She got an attitude and says "right there, there's a sign on the door". Yeah there's literally 5, but there's a giant one on the window in red specifically to draw attention and tell you you can order on the website, the app, by phone, or AT THE COUNTER.
