The Shops at Kanawha — Local services in Charleston

As for a shopping experience it'd be quite good. There are several stores, and restaurants.

My visit todat is just for the infamous WV DMV.

I am not giving 5 stars, due to the condition of the parking lot.

Hopefully the landlord will do what they should, and have it paved, and re-painted.

All units are filled, and these tenants (one being the state of WV) along with us customers deserve to park in a lot free of pot holes and have clearly marked spaces with new paint.

Also, on a prior visit, the parking lot was very dark. The lights are set on a timer, which needs to be adjusted when the time/season changes. No shopper should have to walk to their car in the dark.

Again, this review is more for the landlord and not directly about any shopping/dining experience.

Great place to pick up good-looking shoes at low prices. They have lots of named brands like Under Armor and Hey Dudes. They have a large range of sizes, but they did not seem to have wide sizes unless I missed them. Like I said, the prices were fairly cheap considering the last pair of Hey Dudes I bought were almost$70. I normally wear a 12-13 in wide shoe, and they had some very good-looking Under Armor shoes in my size but not my width. If you wear a normal size shoe, I would encourage you to check this place out. Good variety of choice. Friendly workers. Upon entry a couple were making jokes about Oliver Twist "You want some more?" Was said by all three of us with some good vibes starting the shopping experience. Produce and drinks were plentiful. Meat and shelf stuff good. Cheese products a little difficult but had everything we needed. A guy was stealing something inside the male restroom while we were checking out a cop was standing outside the door talking with the workers while he plotted I guess.
