If I could give the Kanawha City, WV location one star I would. I have been ordering pizza from this particular location for several years. Because I tired of the "Hot and Ready" never being ready, I started using the online portal, so that my pizza would always be ready.
On Sunday May 5, I ordered 2 pizzas. The total for that order was $18.16. On Tuesday, May 7, I noticed there had been 3 charges for that amount taken from my account. I called the Little Caesar's customer service line and was told they would send an email to the store owner, and I would be contacted. As of today, May 13, I had not been contacted.
I called the store this morning, to see if I could get some resolution to this. A young kid answered the phone. I explained the nature of my call. He stammered around and said that he had no contact information for the store owner. He said that she does not leave her number for them to contact her. I asked if she worked, and if there was a time I could call her and he said Vickie, the store manager never comes in to his store as the are only "peons." As this conversation was happening, a male voice was in the background asking him what the nature of the call was. The young man was explaining to him what my issue was. He (the male voice in the background) was asking what the dates of this transaction were. The young kid told him. The first thing the male voice in the background said was that I must have done something because they have no control over what is charged through the portal, I stated I understood that, I was just trying to figure out what I could do to resolve this. He then asked for the dates again. At that point I was pulling up my bank statement. The male voice in the background said "HOW THE F*CK CAN SHE NOT KNOW THE DATES???"
I DID know the dates, I was merely trying to verify them, after having already given them to the young kid. I immediately asked to speak with the male voice in the background. The young kid stuttered that he was "kinda busy and couldn't talk."
I will NEVER order from this Little Caesars again. And I will probably never order from the entire franchise again. The man, who I would assume was the manager, as this call took place at 8:30in the morning, was completely out of line. If this is the way they handle discrepancies, may I suggest further training for this store? If the person is not equipped to handle customers in a manner other than this, maybe his employment with Little Caesars need to...

I have found myself out shopping more than once and didn't have time to order or wait for a pizza from other places, and it's LC to the rescue. The pizza isn't the best, but it's there when you need it. This LC in particular is a little odd with the crusts on its regular pizzas. It's uneven where one half has a thick crust, while the other side has a thin crust. (which is funny to me since LC charges more for thin crust pizza). It's been this way for awhile now, anybody else noticed this? We are currently under a flood warning and I am unable to make it back to the store tonight to get this corrected. Attempted to call customer service and they were closed for the day. I want a refund for the pizza and would like a manager, general manager, cooperate manager to all contact me regarding this!!!!!!!
