BEWARE of amount being charged on your debit card. On three separate occasions I have been charged the wrong amount. The first time was over $30 the second and third time's, close to $15. When I attempted to address it with the manager working, he became very irate and agitated. He kept interrupting me and telling me to put my card in the card reader. After looking at the screen I realized he was attempting to charge my card the amount again, not credit it back. They claimed they refunded the money each time however my bank says otherwise. For the most part employees (minus the managers) are very friendly, store is clean and usually fresh food. The donuts...

Purchased one brownie batter donut on my debit card, came home checked my bank account and they had charged me for $127.34 for one donut. I called them, they had me come to the store. Told me it was an incorrect charge, but I had to wait until tomorrow to receive my money back. Still waiting to be refunded my money. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Seems sketchy.

*update 3/6/23 I never received my money back, so they basically robbed me. I'm never going back. If you go here, be very cautious. Make sure you get a receipt, bc they won't refund your money even when they know it's wrong. They must be skimming...

Not quite ready for prime time. Unable to take orders inside because their system is “down.” They then advised us to place the order on the app. Waited 30 minutes for an iced tea. And a donut. Their parking lot is unable to be accessed at most times due to the design of their drive through backing up and clogging the street. They will probably get these kinks worked out in time but I’d say now not to waste your time. It should not take signing up for an app and 30 minutes to get a donut that’s already made in the case and ice tea that is already brewed. Donuts were...
