Hibachi Grill — Restaurant in Charleston

SO DISSAPOINTED!!! I have been coming here for a long time and I have never had an issue until tonight. The lady who answered the phone first of all was rude. I asked for 2 teriyaki chickens and she said "anything else?" " and i said yes. I would like an extra side of rice and vegetables and she says the total and hangs up on me. Then i get there and tell her my order and she tells me that I didn't order that. And I said yes it was. And she kept arguing with me about it then asks if I wanted to add it. And i said yes because that is what i originally ordered and she said "you want to get nasty with me??" And I said no I just was telling you that you got the order wrong the phone. And she told me to pay for what i had and go somewhere else for my grandma's food. So I had to give my grandmother my food food so she could eat. This is the rudest anyone has ever treated me at a restaurant. Im very disappointed and as a business owner i would not want someone like that representing my business and telling people to go...

As much as it saddens to leave poor reviews this is ridiculous. I had order take out the previous day , but placed my drink in my deep freezer for the next day. I didn't have a straw so I drank straight from the cup. Upon drinking I felt something in my mouth I thought it was ice since I just took it out of the freezer, but it was a bug . So I opened my cup to make sure there wasn’t anything else and sure enough there was . We called the restaurant as soon as they opened the next day and they suspected that we put these our drinks . If there are bugs in your drinks there is a chance of them being in your food, you would want a refund right? They said they would only refund us for the two drinks totaling $5 after spending $57 on the order. Spend your money...

We enjoyed our meal from here. We had steak and shrimp, teriyaki chicken and shrimp, and general chicken. We had it delivered via Door Dash. It took about an hour. They separated the chicken and shrimp in the container which I appreciated so no shrimp juice mixed with chicken. One of the white sauces did burst in the bag but I’m still giving 5 bc I understand things happen. The meat also seemed good quality for Japanese fast food. The general chicken wasn’t too breaded and again the meat wasn’t stringy like it can be sometimes. Veggies in all dishes seemed fresh. I liked the sticky rice and there was a lot of it.
