Timothy Werdein from ChuckTown Homes was fabulous. I do not say this lightly. This was our 7th home in our 34 yrs. of marriage, but the 1st house out of state. We had never moved more than 10 miles, but had some rough experiences with realtors. Finding a home 7 hours south (Ohio to SC) during January/February was not an easy challenge AND then you throw in the crazy housing market in the Greenville area and I felt so overwhelmed. Tim quickly set us up with a portal to help track homes. He rolled with our yo-yo price range as we decided what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. I felt like he truly 'got us' and understood our range and expectations at each price point. (The pricing market was very different here so it was a learning curve) BUT Tim was exceptional. We honestly can say we have never worked with a better realtor or team like ChuckTown Homes. Tim was always available, he actively kept an eye out for what we were looking for, he would do a video showing same day as listed and never hesitated to seek answers and help for our questions. All we had to do is text or call him and he was on it. He worked with us right up to the end and has since after closing helped find answers and offer support for our questions. Not just with the new home, but with the relocation and getting to know the area. I cannot imagine having went through this huge life changing event for my family without Tim. My husband and I chose Chuck Town Homes to sell our condo in Charleston based on a referral from our daughter who used them to help her and her husband buy their first home. We live across the country in Washington State and met our selling agent in Charleston, Matt Farrow to initiate the sale. Matt was professional, knowledgeable about the price point for sale and helpful for what was worth updating in the condo to make a good sale. He gave us the name of a reliable local contractor that cleaned up our condo with new paint, some flooring, blinds, and overall cleaning to make it ready for sale. He explained the sale process and where the listings would occur. Within a few days of listing there were showings. We had offers on the property and Matt helped us negotiate the final sale price. Matt was quick to respond to us. We were able to complete documents online with his guidance. I told him when we were done that I would like to work with him again. Cindy Harris was our closing agent and was very well organized and guided us through the closing phase. I like the attorneys they chose for closing. We happened to be in Charleston for this and the attorneys had a West Ashley office so we did not have to go downtown. While living in Virginia, I received a last minute transfer notification from work and was under a tremendous amount of relocation stress.
