Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Charleston

UPDATED REVIEW, March 2023: There is a much better system in place now for pick up orders!! There is a warming oven/rack then you can see from the door, and when your order is in there your name (or the name of whoever placed the online order) will appear. Then you walk in, scan the QR code on your phone or enter the number code, and take your food. This is for paid pick up orders, not drive thru. There were at least four people working on a recent weekend evening. The wings are great. Going downhill. Even if you order online there will often be no available service when you arrive to pick up your order. You can't win for losing. I have tried different ways on my mobile order for pickup choice: in store or in drive thru. Either one you pick, they will want you to do the other, and can be very RUDE in DEMANDING you to do their bidding. All because they are short staffed. Always? And if so, why be rude to the customer who ordered ahead? There is a risky drive thru. You enter between two stores in the strip. This is one lane only, one car width, so you cannot get out of the drive thru once there. It is bad if you arrive on time for your pick up order, yet the car in front of you is only beginning their order. They have four types of wings which are...

If it wasn't cheap and fast.... the whole point of the drive through is to avoid going inside. But that's what I had to do after the employees couldn't figure it out. First smaller one acted like I was insane asking to make an order since her partner was too busy flirting with another customer she was calling her homie. Had to raise hands up at me like I'm scary. Then the other one couldn't string s thought together since she was still dreaming of her supposed homie and didn't want to talk to me. I went inside and forced them to serve me. Best part was I chose to void and get order sans bread since the petite employee knows pizza is up and throws them in the back saying they're expired. So they wanted me to believe their display case held expired food until the guy in the back wanted to know what the bread was back there for saying "it's not hard". I generally order pizza from this location because the pizza is good, a great value and the order is accurate. However I ordered 3 pizzas from here tonight via door dash and only received one and the one I received had a wrong ingredient. Apparently my dasher even asked if this was the right pizza and the lady working said yes it was a slices n stix pizza knowing full well it wasn't. I had ordered 2 slices n stix pizzas and a custom pizza, they added pepperoni to the custom pizza which I did not add on as a topping. The only thing they got correct was the Italian bread. This is the first bad experience from this location but I am very disappointed and frustrated. I will order from here again and hopefully next time it will be on point like it...
