From beginning to end, Kurt and crew were amazing! They helped pull off a memorable and delicious Lowcountry Boil n Bbq for our neighborhood HOA.

The team arrived early to set up and get the boil going. Thankfully it was a gorgeous sunny day and we didn't have to use our rain plan. There were some minor challenges due to winds, which they overcame quickly as they prepped everything in such a way they were weighted down.

The shrimp was by far the standout of the boil. So many residents provided feedback that the shrimp was cooked perfectly and they went back for 3rds. The andouille has a little kick and it brought vivid flavor and balance to the mix. Don't forget to ask about their fixins and alternative options.

Note, they made both seafood and vegan boil to help us accommodate for all dietary needs.

Our family celebrated multiple Birthdays on our recent vacation to the Isle of Palms. Kurt was so helpful when I contacted him a couple of weeks ahead of time. He had wonderful suggestions, he listened to what I wanted our Party to look like - and with COVID, offered their current TAILGATE CATERING option. It was absolutely perfect, delicious and more than we could have hoped for! Kurt does a magnificent job, even with the social distancing aspect demands of these times. All of our grandchildren enjoyed Kurt preparing all of our food in the driveway, and he was very friendly and patient with each of them. Lowcountry Boil Company provided one of the many highlights for our family's vacation. We will use them again...

On the last day of our Spring Break vacation on Isle of Palms, we ordered a catered lowcountry classic boil for the parents and kids. Kurt cooked us a delicious meal on-site, providing literally everything we needed for our meal, including the tablecloth and serving utensils. Their quote process was simple and allowed us to take care of all the costs prior, so there was nothing left to do but enjoy. We loved that there was a vegan option, and the coleslaw and key lime pie were big hits. Best coleslaw I have ever had, if I'm being honest – I want that recipe!
