Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Charleston

Stopped by march 1st about 5ish and they were extremely busy. I'm talking 30 mins to an hour wait. Now mind you they only told me 20 lish minutes, I was running low on money and looking for dinner for 3, on the cheap! All that 2 say, THAT STAFF DESERVES A RAISE. Never once were they not busy, ppl coming in ppl coming out. But I heard clear communication, and saw amazing team work. They double checked each other and helped when asked! Not to mention also taking orders, they were pushing them out just as fast! I know a lot of ppl were complaining about the wait, but the cashier made it clear before I ever ordered how long the wait would be. She also made everyone else after me know, but they still chose to stay. (No reason 2 complain.) Both cashiers were super friendly and was doing an amazing job of working with customers even tho it was clear they were all flustered and tired.! If you stop in and it's busy, be considerate and show em a smile. P.s. dear management, you got a great team, a week later and I'm still thinking out how well they did!...

So I used to have a five star review on this but after tonight I won't be eating here for awhile, there a heavy set blonde that's in there, and I watched her handle already cooked breadsticks with her bare hands, it's an already cooked food you're are required to wear gloves, I point blank asked her, your not going to serve that food are you? She responded by saying yes, I said you've touched them with your bare hands your not soupse to, like she literally just rub her nose before she touched them how nasty can you be, she went on to say there's not required to wear gloves, and that it's not that big of deal, she went on to say you can report me to to corporate and the health department. Trust me I'm doing both, so if you see heavy set blonde lady in there with a cross on her hand I won't eat there. Once I see she no longer working there I'll continue...

This place used to be great.. Best little Caesar's around.. Since they have a new manager.. The place is now terrible. They mess up orders, their ingredients are stale and flavorless, and customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered a pizza with 3 times more sauce.. I do this all the Time in Terre haute Indiana. ( the one on ft Harrison is awesome!!) Terre haute charges a little more for the sauce, no big deal. Charleston tried to charge me 16 dollars for a one topping with extra sauce. I ordered the regular sauce which they forgot to put on. When I got the pizza, it was burned kinda bad. The last time they also burned it. When I complained they told me to take it up with corporate. If I want little Caesar's.. I will honestly go all the way to Terre haute for it and refuse to get it in charleston il.. Mattoon isn't much better either...
