As someone else mentioned about the “series” sandwiches-what comes on it is it. My coworker ordered one and was advised she could not add lettuce to it. It was just what’s listed although their marketing materials/signage does not mention that nor are you told this. It was over $11 for the sandwich and was told they would have to charge her for extra cheese or something to add any other veggies. Which would not make sense since that would screw up food cost and counts because she was not requesting or getting additional cheese. They were also out of toaster papers so the sandwiches all touched the line cutting boards and employees are burning their hands off trying to toast things. We have been to this location a bunch and it is always a mess. Sandwiches a mess, slow service, or messing up orders so we always go in now, they were also out of almost all chips.
Although, if we used the Subway app to order you can add lettuce and other veggies to the series sandwiches at no extra charge, we checked.

First last week, the entirely wrong sandwich, toppings were right, but didn’t go so well with what I got. Read moreToday my friend and I did mobile orders. Mine had green peppers and wasn't supposed to, I'm allergic. My friend had asked for extra pickles and cucumbers, but her 6" had 1 cucumber and 1 pickle. Now she wouldn't have had them remake hers over that but because I was going back to have them remake mine she figured might as well since it wasn't correct. I wasn't rude or mean when I went back in I just said what was wrong with them. The manager said okay no problem sorry about that and told Melissa to remake them. Melissa began talking crap and being rude. I didn't say anything just thanked them and left. They were terrible. Maybe she should have been more focused on what she was doing than running her mouth.
