Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Charlotte Amalie West

I was so excited to visit this location but left disappointed and frustrated. I always ordered dominoes in my home state, and we had a small gathering. So, I suggested Domione's. We tried calling several times, but no one answered, so we drove from Bordeaux to Dominoes. I asked for a menu since I could not find a website to check items and prices. The lady said they did not have any. So, I asked about the difference in slices between a large and an extra large so I had an idea of how many pizzas to order. With an attitude, she told me a large is bigger than an extra large. At that time, I began to steam. For real? She thought that was the answer, or was she just being rude? In America, I have ordered pizza for our school functions, and when I ask that question, I am given how many slices and approximately how much each would serve, etc. I asked the lady if there was no menu or something I could use to help me figure out toppings and prices. With an attitude again, she asked me what I wanted to order and then looked past me to talk to the next customer. I was so disappointed, upset, and frustrated...

It has many times I have ordered from dominoes pizza and I usually never have any issues but recently they have been getting worse by the minute. One day I had called them and they said that delivery wouldn’t be available until an hour later so I waited an hour and 30 minutes and then when I called back the owner said I would have to wait until 2 hours later it was around 8 getting pretty close to 9 by then and we all know they close at 10 so why would you only start delivering the closest to ur closing hours as if that makes any type of sense and not only that it has had many occasions where my pizza and other items ready extremely cold and I try to be understanding because I know that they have other people to deliver to but it’s genuinely irritating and hard and not only that the attitude of the owner in the st Thomas branch is extremely rude and disrespectful his attitude...

I purchased an XL pepperoni and bacon pizza from them on 6/28/23 around 9pm. I walked in and was greeted nicely, and taken care of quickly. The order took less than 20 mins to be completed. I should mention they seemed to be very busy.

The pizza was the most wonderful I have had from Dominoes in over 6 years. It was cooked perfectly and the amount of toppings were spot on. The only thing lacking a little bit was the sauce, next time I'll ask for extra, no big deal.

The flavor of this pizza was wonderful and I will be back. At first I was afraid to go here because of all the bad reviews, but after this one time, I can say; I think they have made some positive changes!
