Horrible experience. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this lady earned it . I pulled up to Arbys to order the first thing the lady says is ARBYS! Not welcome to arbys my name is blank how may I help you? I proceed to order a 6 pc Mozzarella stick with a 4 pc Mozzarella stick and a large crinkle cut fry and a small one as well. She only somehow listened to the small fry and 4 pc Mozzarella stick. After explaining to her she got it wrong very nicely she said Pull UP! Not quietly she basically screamed at me! I pulled up and explained again and she kept saying she needs to add another 4 pc. I looked at her confused because I didn’t order two 4 pc Mozzarella sticks just one. In my half a second state of confusion she motioned her hands as a way to say hurry up ! Then rolled her neck and eyes.I don’t know the name of this horrible woman but if you ever pull up to arbys and see a black lady with purple hair save yourself the trip she is beyond rude and I will be calling corporate if something isn’t done about the way she treats customers.Here is a little bonus I forgot to mention after I told her my correct order she said Why is everybody going crazy over the mozzarella sticks they are not even that good ! Read moreI went to this location to pick up dinner for my family last week. I ordered online, and when I arrived, they told me that they did not have one of the items that I had ordered. I told them what I wanted instead, and was instructed to pull up. 20 minutes later, multiple people had been served, and I was still waiting for my food. I pulled up to the window, and asked where my order was, the response from the person at the window was "do you see what is in my hands?" I said I had been waiting for a while, and I needed my order. She then responds "do you know what you ordered?" That proceeded to shouting match with multiple employees and at one point one employee threatening a physical altercation with me.
After I finally received my food 45 minutes after it was promised to be ready, I got home and found out they forgot a portion of my order.
Word of advice, there are plenty of better restaurants in this area with far superior customer service that I would consider before ever stepping foot on the property of this establishment again. I had never been treated so disrespectfully in my life...
Read moreFirstly, to clarify, the staff was very kind and I had a positive experience with them in terms of disposition. That being said, I called in advance to make sure they could still see the Diablo combo and was told they could. I arrive, ordered in the drive thru and no mention was made that they were out of anything. I pay for my food and receive it, I begin the drive away and realize that I wasn't given a shake. So I go back to the window and ask for my shake. It was only then that I was told the shake machine was down.
