I am appalled at the lack of customer service from a store that was previously exceptional. The receipt said Vincent was my server. The man that stated he was the Assistant General Manager was rude and obnoxious. I received a cold Chicken Sandwich and was told that it was my own fault for coming 5 minutes before they closed and I should have asked them to drop fresh chicken. That tip would have been helpful when I ordered, not afterward. He said, otherwise they were just getting rid of any food they had. It was 9:18 and they close at 10. The potato cakes were overcooked and massively greasy (see photo). I attempted to order the orange shake that had a prominent picture on the order board to be told " we don't have that". At the window, I asked if they were out of it, or if they were no longer going to carry it, so that I would know if I could order it at another time. I was told that I was complaining about the shake, and they had already told me they didn't have it. Besides the area manager told them they had to keep the picture. If this person was truly a manager, then he needs to be fired for talking the way he did to a customer and encouraging the (only) other employee to do so as well. At the very minimum, he should be demoted, if he could be retrained; however, based on his attitude, I do not feel that that is possible. He should not be working with the public and definitely not training others. Between the grease and the possibility of bacteria on cold chicken that should have been hot, he is risking people's lives with the food and risking a lawsuit over food poisoning. His attitude needs to be readjusted immediately. As one of the last Arby's in the area, I would go out of my way to stop there. The older gentleman that worked there for a long time was exceptional and had high customer service standards. I will now avoid this location, as well as encourage others to do the same. I have completed maybe two Google reviews in my lifetime --this absolutely warranted my immediate response and I will be calling tomorrow to obtain the name of the franchise owner. Arby's was about the last place with good food and good customer service, but tonight, they proved they no longer...
Read moreMy recent visit to Arby's left me with some mixed feelings. While certain aspects were quite good, others left a bit to be desired. Food: ★★★☆☆ (3/5 Stars) The food was decent, earning a solid three stars. It wasn't exceptional, but it hit the spot for a fast-food craving. Some items were better than others, creating a somewhat inconsistent experience. Service: ★★★☆☆ (3/5 Stars) The service was also average, with three stars. The staff was polite and efficient enough, but nothing stood out as particularly amazing or disappointing. It was a standard fast-food service experience. Atmosphere: ★★★★☆ (4/5 Stars) Surprisingly, the atmosphere was a highlight, earning four stars. The dining area was clean and comfortable, making for a relatively pleasant environment to enjoy my meal. It felt more inviting than some other fast-food establishments. Overall, it was an okay experience. If you're looking for a quick and casual meal, Arby's can certainly do the trick, especially if you appreciate a comfortable...
Read moreUpdate: Decided to give them another chance, and am so glad we did!! Our double roast beef sandwiches with a side of their Au Jus!!! OMG it was absolutely delicious and perfect!! 😋😋
Some of the roast beef was green and none of it tasted the way it should have. Not only was the beef not fresh it was not hot either. I had what was supposed to have been a double roast beef and my boyfriend's double beef n cheddar was equally revolting. Neither of us finished our sandwiches. We tried the sweet hot fries and had to wait until we had completely finished eating what we could of everything else not to mention they brought us someone else's fries and sat them on the tray we had been eating from them when we told her they were not what we had ordered she picked them up and gave them to another guest. I was completely appalled. Won't ever...
