If you look at my previous review history, it’s rare I ever write a review, almost unheard that I’d write a negative review, but everytime I visit this location I leave wondering why upper management and/or ownership continues to pay these employees to have such, horrible customer service. If you walk in write now, you’d see the same lady at the counter, who I guess is some sort of leadership given the collar on her shirt( I absolutely cannot imagine how) with not even the slightest smile on her face, no greeting no “hi how are you” not even and effort to even act like she likes her job. Every single customer all she said the entire interaction was “what can I get for you eye roll - $7.35” None of us want to work, trust me, but if you take a job that is in customer service, you’re agreeing to give good customer service, it really don’t be that hard to smile, say hey, etc. we not the ones forcing you to be there, what you mad at me for ? Place always seems a bit under kept? And the tacky hand written signs that either say “card only” or “ new orders will take up to 30 minutes” depending on the day, really lessens the moral of the place, paired with the horrible customer service from the person at the counter, this place is a bust. Literally such an easy fix.
The person that writes the repsonses to these reviews, seems like they truly understand customer service , love LOVE the enthusiastic replies. Whenever you are , PLEASE walk in the front door of this place in the evening unexpectedly and see for yourself the kind of treatment these workers truly are giving people, it’s consistent, and so much...
Read moreI am very upset at the fact that I went pick up a lunch special for my child who has autism and specifically only eats pizza. The lunch special is $5.99 for pizza and drink which is good deal but once we opened the box, the pizza was old and dry and the pepperonis were brown which wasn’t appealing to the eye at all so I drove back about five minutes which was upsetting also because we were on our way to a destination in a timely matter but I did anyway. Once arriving, the manager attitude was horrible and she threw the pizza away and said in a very sarcastic tone “there is a pizza coming fresh out of the oven” so I waited only to receive an undercook pizza full of dough topped with cheese and pepperoni. My son bit it twice and I notice it was a lot of cheese so I wanted to take some off only to find out that it was undercooked and so I had to then turn around again and this time was to receive a refund but the managers attitude and nonchalant tone to me is what sent me over the top. No apology or anything, just handed me $6 and walked away. I have never experienced anything like this but I will be going to the news and getting an attorney because he is autistic and wouldn’t have know it was undercooked because he would’ve thought it was cheese and if he would’ve consumed the entire thing, he could’ve gotten sick from raw dough. I am super disgusted. Would give -0 stars but it’s...
Read moreOrdered 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1 pineapple & ham, 1 deep dish, 2 crazy bread, 2 sauces, 1 2-liter. Received 2 cheese, 1 pineapple & ham, 2 sauces, 1 2-liter. Ordered on the website for delivery. They wrote my wife's name on each pizza box. So, we got one wrong pizza of the 3 we got and we're missing half of our order. The store and corporate customer service insist it's DoorDash's problem. However, it's evident the store messed something up based on how they tagged the pizza boxes for the delivery driver. Because of this, it's unclear if DoorDash did contribute to this massive failure. Store will not remake the pizza. Corporate transferred me to a manager's voicemail immediately after explaining what happened but not before insisting we paid DoorDash so it's not their problem. FYI, we paid through Little Caeser's website so that doesn't make sense. Not only am I never going to a Little Caeser's again unless they have some actual way of making this right (which will take a lot at this point), but I am going to start blasting them everywhere I can starting with every possible online forum. Oh, another fun tidbit. I tried to go in the store at 7:30 pm on a Friday. The doors...
