We love Chicken Salad Chick and have been to multiple locations, but most recently came back to this one as our closest one is temporarily closed.
Chicken Salad Favorites: Sassy Scotty - ranch, bacon and cheese Buffalo Barclay - ranch and buffalo sauce Pam's Parmesan Caesar - this is a seasonal, but it really should be permanent as Caesar goes amazing in chicken salad. This is my ultimate favorite.
Other Chicken Salads we like from time to time: Olivia's Old South - egg and pickles Fancy Nancy - apples, grapes, and pecans Kickin Kay Lynne - buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, cheese, jalapenos, and sriracha
Sandwiches: Turkey Club - this is a great alternative if you do not want chicken salad. Turkey Pesto - My husband's favorite, but it is not currently on the menu. Chicken Salad BLT - pick your favorite chicken salad for a great sandwich!
Sides: Broccoli Salad - only issue with this is it is inconsistently made. Sometimes it is very runny, which then soaks a sandwich if you get a takeout order (which happened this last time).
Drinks: Strawberry Lemonade - sweet and refreshing
Desserts: Iced Cookies - haven't tried any desserts other than the included iced cookies, but they are so good!
Definitely recommend Chicken Salad Chick for a great lunch option. Get the large quick chicks of chicken salad to go for lunches...
Read moreI found this Gem about six years ago when they opened a location uptown inside of the BOA building. Since I no longer work in that building, I made it a priority to seek other locations that are easily accessible.
This location never disappoints. Great Customer Service and always fresh Chicken Salad.
I got the Sandwich combo (Classic Carol) on a croissant it comes with your choice of bread, with lettuce and tomato(I do not get the tomato) also one side with crackers. Usually comes with a signature cookie w/ butter cream and a spear pickle on the side, they forgot my cookie this time, which is why I gave them 4 stars, but I do not eat it anyway, my kids enjoy them.
(Please go to website to review menu options and sides.)
I substituted a side for an additional scoop and also added another scoop, called “the trio “ for an extra $2. I got the “Kickin’ Kay Lynn” and “Sassy Scottie”.
Classic Carol, it’s a plain chicken salad, while the Kickin’ Kay Lynn has Buffalo sauce, bacon, ranch and Jalapeños and shredded cheddar cheese…it’s mind blowing lol. Also, the Sassy Scottie has similar ingredients but without the Buffalo or Jalapeño.
Their Croissants are always fresh and flaky!!! Chicken salad chick has the best chicken salad I have ever...
Read moreMy first experience here about a yr ago was awesome, but now it has went downhill. It is always something wrong. I live in SC and come over to buy but after today I will not be back no time soon. First of all, it is not the customer fault if they walk in to your place of business and you have both doors unlocked and your open sign up in the window. Anybody would think that you are open for business. Someone from the back yells "M'am we closed." Never came out so I could see him. So I turned and walked out. There are nicer ways to say that your are not open for business. You could have even said I'm sorry but we are not open yet for business. Then I would have let you known about your sign in the window as well. So after returning to my car, I ask myself is this really worth it? To pay like 12 dollars for a container of chicken salad. I stopped getting the sandwich meals because you had to make sure your bread wasn't stale or moldy and they were always out of the cookies that came with it. Did not offer a substitution but charged regular price anyway. Just disappointed big time with this...
